The lock on my luggage would not open. The code I put in had defaulted to another code. I brought the luggage to Durham regional locksmith and within minutes my problem was solved! The default code was discovered. The service person was very friendly and knowledgeable. I am so happy with the results!! I would recommend them without hesitation.

The man working there, Dan, was super helpful and friendly. I called ahead to check if they could copy my type of key, then sent him an email with pictures of it. He gave me an honest solid "probably" and when I went over got my key copied in minutes. Worked great.

I was locked out of my restaurant and had called few locksmith for getting the lock picked. One guy said the lock needs to be drilled. Riley from Durham Regional Locksmith (absolutely amazing guy) stepped up and not only saved us about 400 dollars but also was kind enough to educate us about such scams and to top it off ,he got it unlocked in under a minute.

I randomly called here, never having been here before, today because the key for my bike hitch broke off in the lock. They went above and beyond, working past closing hours to get the job done. I told my husband I got my lock done and he asked where I went. I told him and he was like “yeah they’re amazing”. So if you need a locksmith, go here! Highly recommended - My elderly dad lost the key fob and key for his Jeep and I called Matt and he offered great service in quickly getting me a quote and confirming stock and worked a time that day that was good. The repair took less than he said and the price was exactly as promised. Pretty rare these days; they answer the phone in person are friendly and do great work at a fair price - will definitely return.

I needed a fob programmed for my Nissan, they sent me a link to see if I could do it myself. I was able to in less than 5 minutes. All at no charge! Far exceeded any expectations that I had and surpassed my experience with Nissan. Highly recommend

These folks are the best. Dealership couldn't help me out because the tumbler wore down my original key. Went to another locksmith first, they tried to cut 10 keys with no luck and when they programmed a new FOB it messed up my original FOB. When I went to Durham Regional Locksmiths they had a key cut, first time, programmed the key and programmed both FOBs correctly in 20 minutes. They are the best around!!!!

My husband and I bought a house which had an existing shed on the property. The keys we were given did not open the shed and we required locksmith servicing. Was having a problem with the latch on my front door. Had a technician out that same afternoon who was able to fix it quickly at a fair price. The technician was very friendly and explained what the problem was and how he was fixing it. Very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly.

I needed a lock cylinder repaired from my car's trunk hatch since it was stuck in the half unlock position. Dropped it off at Durham Regional Locksmiths and next thing I know it was fixed! I cannot recommend this place enough if you are looking to get your motorcycle key cut. All the places in Toronto charge way too much or simply refuse to cut (even if you have your own key). These guys got it done in 5 minutes and only charged me $5. Very nice and honest people working there too. It's worth the drive even if you're from the GTA.
