I recently visited the Home Depot and had the pleasure of receiving assistance from Mike in the lumber department. From the moment I walked in, Mike provided outstanding customer service, and I couldn't be more grateful for his help.

Mike guided me through the process of selecting the right wood for my project with incredible expertise. His knowledge and advice were invaluable, and he ensured I made the best choice. Not only did he help me pick out the perfect lumber, but he also carried it for me, which was a tremendous help.

Mike didn't stop there. He took the time to cut the lumber to my specifications, making sure everything was perfect for my needs. He also provided excellent guidance on what screws, nails, and brackets to use, ensuring I had everything necessary to build my shelf successfully.

His patience, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile made my experience at Home Depot exceptional. Mike's dedication to customer service is truly commendable, and I highly recommend seeking him out if you need any assistance in the lumber department.

Standard big box store. Well stocked, they had everything I need. The service is phenomenal, there’s always one to two associates that are offering to assist me and carry things to my car.

Excellent store, great customer service. I've been here several times and each time is the same great experience. This last visit we were in the store no more than 4 minutes looking at storm doors, an associate walked by and asked if we needed help, we replied yes and proceeded to ask about the doors. He realized he did not have all the answers and quickly got help from an associate from that department. He was not from that department and was just waking by and noticed us. We got our questions answered and the door we liked was not in stock anywhere. It was not a regularly stocked item. He got the info and gave us a print out of the door with cost and delivery time. All within 10 minutes. Great service.

Andy went above and beyonds to ensure our experience was amazing.

His professionalism was something that head office should commend.

We can not wait to start our next big projects with Home Depot!

I've always had amazing service at this location. Kyle at this location provided amazing service when I needed help with getting some MDF boards cut. He took his time and ensured it was done properly! Keep up the amazing work.

Shout out to Martin at the Pro Desk! He went above and beyond helping me make an order for a client and got them the best price against other competitors too. Very knowledgeable and professional and I will definitely be referring others there from now on. Cheers!

The store layout is reversed to what I'm normally used too. Didn't matter the staff were so helpful and friendly in helping me find what I needed . . Cashing out was quick and easy and I do love the fact I can automatically get an email copy of the receipt.

As a contractor the customer service is top notch. I can walk up to the contractor desk and I've got 2 people always willing to help me.find what I need in a timely fashion.

Each department has knowledgeable staff able to answer more complex questions and not just a bunch of kids left alone to defend for themselves .

They have lots of loaders outside to help you load into your vehicle

I really wish lumber carts would be more available

Just picked up a lumber order, ordered last night and they had it ready for next day pick up, staff was amazing and helped with the loading, big shout out to Melody, Samantha, Latif and Kyle, you made it look easy.

Bought some paint from here a few days ago with a friend. Had a wonderful experience with Gia (I think thats how you spell her name), she helped me narrow down what colours worked well together and was incredibly knowledgeable on different types of paint. More than anything she was kind and fun to talk with. 10/10 experience, Gia is the goat.

Gotta love Home Depot. I used to talk to a guy named Bob. He was their "Everywhere guy", hardware, tools, plumbing, everywhere, but I haven't seen him the last few times I was there. Anyway, still a great store.

Helpful and friendly staff at this location. It’s organized and very clean. Returns here are typically quick and easy. Lowes carries a few items that HD doesn’t and the opposite can be said as well. I think I like HD’s lumber better.

As a contractor, with clients all across the GTA and a few beyond one has the opportunity to depend on the Home depot stores in various locations, this particular location in Oshawa has provided some of the best interractions for me, very, very courteous staff, clean, bright store, inventory always on hand, great location etc been in the store many, many times and it has always been a great shopping experience, please continue to be a great location

Needed some wood cut to size. Staff was very helpful...found what I was looking for and cut it to size. Great customer service!

Carly at the returns desk. We had an issue with a Ryobi battery, she listened to our issue , came up with a solution and really refreshed my confidence in the Home Depot brand.

I had an outstanding experience with my recent visit to Home depot @ Harmony where Saema from Customer service went above and beyond in not only resolving my existing issue but also introduced me to Home depot card with extra 10% discount which was the meet and beat with other competitors specially on the purchase I was going to make at store. She was attentive, knowledgeable and answered all my questions in regards to how the financing works and hassle free payment structure Home depot offers. This level of service is a rare find and it's clear that they genuinely care about their customers. I highly recommend this place for their top-notch customer service!

I visited this place 5&6 times in December and January. It is a nice place to buy stuffs for your house works or builders work. Easy access of everything at a single place for the workers who are doing renovations and construction work. Nice customer service.

Ian in the appliance section and Judith in the customer service section went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Shopping here has always been a good experience.

Went in for some plants for my Chameleon and came out with 3 beauties! The lady working Friday around 3ish - 4 in the garden section was pleasantly helpful and very kind. Even though it's off season for plant shopping I was still happy with what they had in stock. And if I may add they were ALL beautifully well taken care of. Especially for being the cold season, i was impressed. The cashier was also extremely friendly and loved her positive attitude. Will definitely be back to this location.
(Good thing I didnt get another 😅, may of not had room for it)
