Walmart Supercentre

This is a good shopping supercenter to go to. I have bought many stuff from here and they’re quite good. Usually we buy home products, but it’s still good for groceries. I recommend this supercenter and I hope you have a good experience. (P.S: there’s an app of this store.)

Minute Key here actually works and is in great shape. It does not work at the Walmart in Scarborough.

Staff always go above and beyond if ever asked a question. I don't how management did it, but Walmart customer service, dare I say, is actually better than their counterparts that charge more for same/similar products! I also want to say THANK YOU for getting rid of those super intimidating security guards that were dressed as if they are ready for serious combat...no place in our society for show of that kind of force in a supermarket. Thank you for all that you do! My family and I appreciate it very much!

Lisa in the Opitical Center is awesome. I got my new glasses and had an issue with the position of the progression in the lenses and she was able to fix them right up for me.

This place is awesome. Its one of the few Walmarts in Ontario that is super clean and I mean super clean. No boxes on the floor, shelves were properly stocked and everything was organized. I live in Ottawa and our Walmarts are super dirty. They don't take care of them but I want to thank the Manager of this store for the work that his team puts in in keeping it so clean. Congrats on a job well done. You should reach out to the stores in Ottawa and let them know what you are doing. They need all the help in the world. Ottawa Walmarts are super dirty, unorganized and staff is horrible. They could learn from you. Thank you.

Went to this Walmart on the night of March 26th. Had an issue with pricing and I encountered the best service ever by one of the supervisors Juan. He made my shopping experience friendly and at ease

The store is full of varieties of products. The washroom is quite clean, yet it is a bit little. Many products are not seen in Markham area, which is an asset. It is big and the store is quite clean. I can see that it's one of the popular places for the locals to come and shop quite often too. Many peppa pig products as well.

The best Customer Service by far at this location. The Customer Service Associate was Marilyn, hands down the best to any other Walmart store I have been to. Marilyn took me to the department, took it out of the shelf the product I was looking for and handed it out to me plus showed me some other products I wanted plus gave me some intel about the product I didn't even know that existed. Way to go Marilyn and 2 👍👍 thumbs up. Keep up the great work.

Was bit co fused when I didn't find out my preference of winter jacket, not mentioned the windchill factor and nobody was there for help. The self check in option was awesome. Ambience parking space.

It’s nice place to shop for household stuff. Specifically for students as the prices are affordable.

I had a very pleasant experience in the electronics section. The associate Brady was very informative and kind, and made my shopping experience easier and helped me pinpoint what things I actually needed for the problem I had. Keep up the good work and thank you for your help Brady!

Excellent staff, helped me a disabled man, by literally shopping w me. W his help he took me to every department and aisles to help me find EVERYTHING on my long list. What for me would have been a very stressful trip w my limitations, it went so smoothly n fast for me. I've never had so much help at a department store, to the point I will go the extra distance to receive that quality n professionalism n customer service that I know will assist me based on my needs

The entry and exit to the store now is through the Food and Fashion entrance and the previous entrance through Home and Pharmacy is closed shut .The store is clean and tidy and they have safety dividers set up at the entrance and in the checkout lanes. They have hand sanitizer station at the entrance and in the checkout areas. The associate at the self checkout was patient and courteous when I had to call her a couple of times with items that did not show up on the system. I also saw her meticulously sanitize the cash area after each customer.

This Walmart is very well organized and can get all the India vegetables. They are very fresh and nice during weekdays. In Weekends there is very less stock for some vegetables and fruits. The customer service is great and friendly. Associates are very helpful in finding few products and their prices. Return and exchange customer service is great. Overall service in this place Walmart is good. I highly recommend this store. I will visit again.

Complaint from a customer who can’t stay away from Walmart must feel anodyne and unimportant. Moreover, our rush to complain often hides that behind our complaint lives an consequence that plays to our advantages. We should never wish cashiers to touch, handle our products often transmitting what we would never want to transmit to others. But, aha…. The Walmart fanfares about burring plastic bags is a classic following the madding crowd while forsaking all possible UNINTENDED CONSEQUENCES. With time, reusable bags inevitably become lively colonies of viruses, bacteria, microbes, microorganisms, insects, and parasites’ eggs ready to populate. All action in our stomach. Walmart has always been the most customer-friendly supermarket, so Walmart does not have to follow the madding, politically correct crowd and join their en masse attacks on customer health. Gastrologists and Oncologists will have only Walmart to thank for sparing its customers. WHAT WOULD BE WALMART REPLY to this serious-health hazard unintended consequence? BTW - nobody is pleading for a FREE plastic bags......

Excellent place for groceries in Oshawa.

Being king and townline is closing they don't even have toilet paper. Second best is this location. But at least this one's big enough you don't have to go through the self check out and make you feel like you work there.

I had a great experience at the photo centre at this location. I had the pleasure of Amanda assisting me with canvas' I was ordering for Father's Day in a huge time constraint. I had some difficulties with my imagine resolution and was nervous for the outcome once it was printed. Amanda provided EXCELLENT customer service and made a potential stressful experience a pleasant and relaxed one. Thank you Amanda, my father was thrilled! I hope your hard work doesn't go unrecognized.
