Had to renew my health card and license plate. The whole process took less than 5 minutes and the staff were polite, professional and pleasant. Thank you !

Dreading an in person visit to renew some cards with pics I was greeted by smiles and hellos, just a couple of folks in front of me. Very cheerful and pleasant to deal with. It made my day. Thank you to the wonderful staff.

We went there this afternoon for our new health cards as we just moved to Ontario from another province. We received the most professional and friendly service. Even for our son who didn’t have yet a document with a proof of residence in ON, the officer helped us by making me sign as a guarantor for him. We were very delighted that we could deal with this matter so smoothly and at once for the three of us.

I was in Brockville to change vehicle ownership this morning. Tamara was extremely patient and efficient. What a pleasant experience!

I have been there twice this year and was given quick and excellent help both times. I suggest making an appointment first. The staff is top notch. I’ve lived many in Tokyo and Toronto the last few decades and am happy to see such good help here at home.

To my surprise I was in & out with my new sticker in less than 15 minutes. I didn't have an appointment and it was 11:30! Thanks Service Ontario for the friendly and speedy service.
