Ty was a great host… met my family at the door and sat us promptly and was professional and extremely friendly.. we ordered our food which came quicker than expected.. the manager Sam, came over and asked how everything was.. as well as asked if there was anything that they could do to change the overall experience! I was quite impressed as they are always looking to improve… overall it was a great experience and I will definitely be returning to the location! Great Job Ty and Sam!!

My family and I went out for dinner recently and we had Sophie as our server. She was fantastic! She remembered all our dietary needs and was very quick with getting our food and drinks. She was friendly, funny and sweet. Hope to get her again when we visit Boston Pizza in the future. Thank you Sophie!

Rachel at Boston Pizza is an absolute gem of a waitress, and her exceptional service truly enhanced my dining experience. We don't eat out often but decided on Boston Pizza for the variety of dietary offerings. Our server was Sophie. Sophie went above and beyond to meet our dietary needs and those of my special needs son. Sophie was friendly and attentive and offered great service. Highly Recommend Sophie!

Drove an hour to come in tonight for dinner with the Heeler sisters and had the best time. I really enjoy coming to these events! Our waitress Sophie was so kind and quick with any requests we had. The food was great and hot for it being extremely busy.

Had a great time tonight at this Boston Pizza. We went for a couple casual beers and workers Jaxon and Justin were phenomenal. I wouldn’t normally go out of my way to leave a review but these two were too good not to. Quick service, great conversation, and overall just a great experience. Thanks for contributing to such a great night, we will be back for sure!

Ate here with my family recently and had a great experience with our server Avery! She was very friendly and enthusiastic, very attentive to our table and provided fast service.. The food was great as well, and we didn't have to wait long. Will definitely be coming here again.

I normally don’t write reviews because I think it’s cliche and it’s for old people. However, after receiving such an amazing experience and got to interact with such a wonderful individual such like Angela herself I decided open my phone and write a review in honour of her. Angela thank you for a great experience my friends and I had a great time. Thank you for making our first night in Canada memorable and I hope to see you again before I fly out of here. You are a delight and full of life absolutely amazing.

We had lunch during a kids event, beauty and the beast. Our kids love these events, the characters are very good at interacting with them. The kids menu has a great selection and proportions. Will come back for future events

We had stopped going to BP due to 3 bad experiences. Last night we decided to try yet again. Our server, Sophie C restored our faith in BP. She was the BEST server we have ever had! So pleasant, friendly, attentive and accurate with our order. We will be back. Thanks Sophie, you're the best!

Had my usual honey garlic boneless bites and tried sweet potato fries for something different. They were ok but I probably wouldn't get them again. Steak was cooked right, we usually eat at chuck's for the steak but it's been really bad where we go. 9/10 on the steak here it was done right. Girlfriend tried the salted caramel martini, 6/10 said it was almost straight vodka. Tried some hot mustard boneless bites 4/10 not mustard at all more like straight black pepper. Service was great as usual. We were going to a lot of different places but now Boston Pizza seems to be our go to spot, it just doesn't disappoint like all the other places that seem to be falling apart.

Went with my friends and had a great experience! Our server Anastasia was lovely! Super friendly and very attentive! Thanks girl! (White sangria is great too!)

I have been to Boston pizza Cobourg many times and Danielle is one of the great hostesses that makes our experiences there so great. She is always greeting us at the door with a smile and good attitude. It really sets the tone for how the rest of our dining experience will go. Which is awesome!

Went tonight for the Bluey & Bingo event and was so impressed. As a parent of a young toddler, going out lately can be a challenge, this event was soooo nice! Being all kids it was nice to not worry if my toddler made some noise as all those in attendance were families. Our service was excellent (Sophie was so kind and attentive), the food was great and the manager (I’m assuming, the lady walking around with the characters) was really excited about what she was doing and made sure my shy daughter got little visits in with Bluey & Bingo. Thank you guys! Please keep these events coming!!

We came in for dinner tonight and the host Ty was so polite and seated us quickly. Sam was very helpful and checked to see how things were going with our meal. Definitely coming back!

Had most amazing server at Boston Pizza in Cobourg! Rachel was super friendly, made great recommendations, and kept checking on us. Will definitely be returning because of Rachel! Food was delicious too. Can't wait to go back!

Keenan did a wonderful job serving us today. She was fast, responsive and polite. The food as to be expected and we will certainly stop in again.

Katie is an excellent server, very attentive and friendly. Our food came out hot and timely. Everything was fantastic for our kid free Friday afternoon date.
