Memon Supermarket

First time visiting this supermarket, what a phenomenal supermarket. They have everything and more. Great produce and great organized fruits stacked so neatly very impressive display.
There are some excellent imported foods which are on display which will peak the curiosity of many. Great to see the fresh meat selection and especially the option of getting marinated meat ready for the grill, such as Tandoori chicken.

Very nice experience over all. Stall spaces are big. Limited stalls. Friendly management. Saman is the nicest organizer in town.Bubble show was the hit. Price wise it’s very economical. Lowest prices for stalls. My kids did very first stall in February in Memon Supermarket family festival and did decent sales. Keep it up saman.

Very spacious and well stocked with all kinds of grocery items that you could think of. Their meat section was one of biggest I’ve seen in North America, with a range of cuts available for beef, lamb, goat - and of course all Halal! They also had marinated steaks! The place was big enough to have space for small/mini stores for clothes and even herbal medicine! I heard that they just opened a year or so ago, I hope they maintain it this way! Definitely worth going if you are a local!

It’s huge and quite clean. I felt the prices offered were much better than other desi stores. The meat section was huge. I also saw many products that are not available otherwise. Keep it up

This is an amazing asian Food market! Very friendly, helpful customer service.

Just what we needed in Pickering! A complete South Asian store with fresh fruits, vegetable, a fresh Halal meat section (with marinated meat and a great variety) as well as frozen Halal goods and an amazing fresh bread collection, spices and more. (They even take meat orders over the phone!! Great plus point). The store is very neatly organized, looks clean, fresh and items are priced well too. I'm so glad it's a few minutes from our house and is so well stocked. The staff I met so far in my 2 visits has very friendly and kind too. Would definitely recommend visiting/shopping from. Even heard they're going to have a lot more stores coming up, including a food court!

Although it's still only partially open, I'm giving it 5 stars!
Think of Pacific, or Blue Sky but with a Middle Eastern flavour instead of a Chinese one. The staff are wonderful and friendly. Wishing it all the success it deserves.

Very good ethnic focused store.
If it’s your first time be sure to plan to spend sometime to look at all the unique products offered because it’s not your usual products.
The pricing is fair and affordable for day to day grocery.

Generally it was a fun experience and I will be returning.

Store was very clean and staff were polite.
Also, If your going for the meat section be sure to get your ticket ahead of time if not buying as is meat because it gets crowded. I would personally suggest to operate an additional counter during higher demand times. I couldn’t get meat due to time constraints so can’t comment on quality but the crowd indicates it must be good.

Memon Supermarket located at the intersection of Brock Road and Kingston Road, is the largest Southasian Supermarket i have ever seen. It has ample aisle space, Halal Meat Section, a large assortment of fresh produce, dairy, and grocery items. Store is nice and clean, friendly customer service . They have particularly large selection of Indian-brand snacks and desserts. You can find spices, tea, coffee, ghee, and more. Best store in town and prices are comparatively reasonable.

Best pakistani grocery shop in durham region. Always very clean…..arranges really good muslim/desi/pakistani exhibitions, events etc. Has halal meat corner. They have such huge assortment of spices and vegetables, it always facinates me. Today i found this yellow vegetable called “kaddu” something, i have never seen this type of squash.

Clean and has a prayer room to accommodate staff and customers, the henna cones are very nice and leave gorgeous stains. Staff is welcoming and I enjoy seeing the pop up stalls from the occasional events.

This place is exactly what Pickering needed. It has most of the desi groceries. Lot's of selection, neatly stocked and very organized. Will be coming here for my groceries.

Discovered this gem of a supermarket today. Each & Every Indian and South asian grocery item is available here. The vegetables are fresh and prices very competetive. Just disappointed that I came to know about this store now but better late than never! Also they have stalls from local vendors..

Memon has been a great addition to Pickering. It's really clean compared to many Desi/Chinese grocery marts. I really like their meat section as it is really clean and it is very spacious with lots of stations. The meat quality and selections are great as well. Good variety of south Asian groceries at a good price point. Highly recommend if you are looking for halal meat and desi groceries in Pickering.

This is the best Multi cultural event memon supermarket organised and you get to see so many vendors with traditional clothes jewellery and decoration, street food of Indian Pakistan which is the best thing. Everyone should visit Memon supermarket.

Very good staff and management. They have every thing you need from a desi store. All the Indian and Pakistan items plus many more from Canadian brands. Halal meat area is also clean and staff is not rude. They have monthly meetups with celebrities and community gatherings which I love, really providing community a safe space to connect.

One stop shop for all your grocery needs and many more. Canada's biggest Halal store. Easy to shop. Very often they have food festival too.
