Wells Gray Golf & RV Resort

Beautiful family-friendly campground. It’s family-owned and everyone is super nice! Bathrooms are clean and well maintained. The hosts organized a party for Canada Day and it was very cool! The little river is great. I would recommend to bring mosquito repellent. You can play golf and disc golf, which is great! We hiked the Moul trail up to the fall and it was amazing; this place is 10 minutes from the trail.

We booked our stay at this Campground last minute. And we never regretted it. Wonderful service and friendly, helpful Family who runs this Spot. All super clean and well maintained.
We came with our little Bushwacker Teardrop Trailer and had a wonderful time there. We booked 4 Nights but had to leave a night early because we got called back to work. Little Tip: Bring Mosquito repellent. The Creek is perfect to cool off your feet after a daylong hike. There is plenty of Hiking and lots of Waterfalls to explore very close by, so no need for long drives which I personally find very good. We already plan the next trip. This Fall and in early April to get some Winter Videos / Pictures done.

Spent 3 nights in RV, full power and water connection and set next to river. Beautiful quiet location.
Few mozzies so make sure you have spray.
Perfect place to visit clearwater and wells gray.
Not golfers but loved walking around course and enjoying the peacefulness of the area.
Owners couldn't have been more helpful when we managed to lock ourselves out of RV, thanks Evelyn for looking after us.
Good showers and W/C on site and even let me borrow jet wash to clean R/V before leaving.

The family that runs this place is absolutely amazing! We recently had our 3rd annual boys camping trip and have been going since the new owners came in. They are very kind, welcoming and helpful with anything you may need. Top notch service and excellent amenities. We look forward to next year!

My sister and I spent 3 nights in the “hard shelled tent” really, it’s a cabin, and this was one of the funnest trips we’ve been on. Not only is this resort equipped with nice bathrooms, showers and laundry, it also has a great little golf course with all the rentals you would need including carts for when you’re not to busy hiking in the beautiful scenery. This is in a great location with no cell service and central to everywhere you would want to be in Wells Gray, not far from Clearwater if you want to run into town for dinner or some groceries and all the beautiful hikes are in the area as well.

shout out especially to the Gilliland family, you folks were the greatest hosts ever and we are so looking forward to keeping in touch with you and coming back there again and again and we will be recommending this place to everyone who wants to come to your area. Great sites and loved having the creek run behind the trailer. We were able to place our chairs in the creek and enjoy soaking our feet after a day of hiking. Clean looking swimming pond and areas for kids to play. Management are very friendly and helpful. We will return for another trip and bring our golf clubs next time.

Absolute Fantastic resort. The Gilliland Family are friendly and over the moon accommodating. To our surprise they hosted a Canada Day BBQ for all of their guests. Top Notch! Thank you for the stay and look forward to seeing you again.

What an amazing place! I went at the beginning of fall when it was still warm out and the trees were slowly changing color. Great for camping, nature enthusiasts, golfers and horseback riding. Grab your camera because the views are never ending. I'll will definitely be back next summer.

First Time golfing in almost 20 years so this really was a fantastic place to get familiar with the game again. Great camping, great golf, great service all at an amazing price and who can argue the scenery. The bugs where bad but other than that I have zero complaints. If you can handle a few bug bites, it is completely worth the experience

Absolutely beautiful. Very friendly and accommodating hosts. Love the area. Bathrooms were very clean. We went to every campground in the area. Even paid for one and left less than 2 hrs later. Should have come here first. The sleep beside the creek was hands down the best.

A perfect spot for a disc golf getaway. Despite covid restrictions, this campsite was a wonderful weekend away. Ball golf looked like a blast, and the camping was great. The management was a pleasure and so, so many adorable dogs! Can't wait to come back!!!

During this Covid summer a lot of places just remain closed. But not WGGR... We had planned a backcountry horseback trip using the resort as our base. When we arrived in Clearwater we were told the highway was closed due to washout. We successfully begged to be let by, but when we arrived at the resort we found the golf course half under water. The road in was submerged. No problem... Drive slowly... and although the bridge to the Corral's was threatening to leave with the river they said we could set up in the RV park for the night. By morning the river had receeded and by afternoon the bridge was repaired. We moved to the corral side. What a fantastic, friendly and hard working couple that operates this place!!! By the next day, lawns were being cut, people were playing 5 or 6 holes of golf and things were calming down. Can't wait to return in drier times and enjoy the amazing network of trails, maybe squeeze in a round of golf on the lovely little country course, and just take in the hospitality!!!!

Lovely campgroud, well maintained facilities. Great for visiting Wells Gray provincial park and all of the waterfalls. After a massive hail storm at night, our awning was damaged beyond repair.
Staff was very helpfull and assisted us to the extend of all their possibilities! Great people!

Amazingly beautiful area. An excellent place to camp and use as a home base while you explore Wells Gray park. Well maintained campsites and golf course. Hiking and riding trails and a small hot spring fed lake that is delightful to swim in. The bathrooms and showers are always clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Many international visitors vacation here so you can meet people from all over the world.

Absolutely wonderful campground. The golfing is excellent and it is a challenging fun course. The owners are very pleasant, kind and accommodating. There is so much to do here even if you don't want to golf. There is lovely creek side camping and other options if you don't want to be beside the creek. I highly recommend this campground. You can expect to take beautiful photos of the nature your surrounded in or simply enjoy the majestic beauty of it. This is my favourite place to camp and golf.

RV site: Best creekside sites are 120, 119 and 118 which have
trees and privacy (all sites in RV park are very wide, can parallel park car and trailer ). No cell phone signal but has wifi. Mosquito coils is the must. 30 minutes to Clearwater. So peaceful after dark: the only light is from sky and the only sound is from the creek.

It really doesn't get better than this place. The golf course is great shape. The walking trails are fantastic. They even have a great man made lake for your swimming enjoyment.
Best of all....the owners/hosts are the most accommodating folks you'll ever come across

Beautiful site on the creekside! The owners were very friendly and accommodating! Each day they greeted us and it made the stay at the campground feel home-like. We will definitely be back again and highly recommend the campground to others.

I can't say enough about this place. It is beautiful... had a site next to the creek... was nice to be able to sit in the creek on a hot day and cool off... the golf course looks good, played a round of disk golf... great central location ... bring lots of bug spray though... the downside of nature haha

Fantastic family run operation in the heart of Wells Gray, played multiple rounds of Golf and disc golf, waterfalls minutes away and excellent service and accommodation. We’ll be back again next year for sure. Thanks Again
