We bought 2 Devinci bikes last summer and from the start Nick and Pat have been nothing but professional, they are very knowledgeable and take the time to make sure you have the right bike. These guys are amazing. We just went back with one of the bikes to have the fit adjusted. Always happy to take care of their customers. Can't say anything but the best about them. Came in to buy a bike and the guys took great care of me! We spent the better half of two hours trying out different bikes styles, sizes and models. They provided amazing customer service by asking me the right questions, being straightforward, honest, and all-around great dudes! Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for a new bike or in need of service (or looking to enlarge their vinyl collection)!

This is a bike shop with a no BS, unconventional but charming personality. Super knowledgeable staff. Fair pricing. Excellent mechanical work. Variety in their products, whether you are a beginner cyclist or a pro. Very accommodating service department. Stylish environment with a record store and exhibited photography. Synergy showed me that it is possible to have a very fair price with excellent service.

When I first walked in I saw a couple of bikes that peaked my interest. When I got home and did my homework I found that their pricing was competitive and fair.

When I returned to their shop I enjoyed great service. I wound up with a bike that was a less expensive than my original choice because it suited me better and they took the time to find that out and then fitted me accordingly.

I went there by recommendation and I could not be happier. Price is fair and service is fantastic.

I was able to test 2-3 bikes, had adjustments, tried again. I loved the amount of attention to the costumer. I spend about 1 hour testing bikes until I decided which one I was going to buy.

I've returned 3 times since to buy accessories and bike maintenance.

My favourite bike shop. I've bought 4 bikes from Synergy so far, and I'm happy with every one. They provide sound advice, the service is exceptional, and they really go the extra mile to make sure you're happy with your choice.

The team are knowledgeable and the service is good. I asked them to look over my bike which I thought was in great condition. They suggested a new cassette and chain and the bike came out of the shop and felt like it was new!

Staff and owner are super friendly and not intimidating. Got my bike fixed and picked up some vinyl. Good selection of records - I was thrilled they had the new Khruangbin album! :) Will definitely by returning on a regular basis.

I was about to order a specific wheelset from the US when I found it on-sale for about the same price at on Synergy's website. I called them up to see if they had it in stock, which they did so I rushed over to pick it up. I arrived 15 minutes before closing, but Pat was more than accommodating. We had a good chat while he transferred my cassette over to the new wheelset, taped them up and got the tires on. By the time I was out the door, it was 30 minutes past closing time which didn't seem to be an issue at all. Great service and you can tell that the guys here are passionate and care about the cycling community. Highly recommended.

This is my favorite bike store in Montreal because the staff is courteous, knowledgeable and honest - and they have a good selection of road bikes. I bought a Cervelo S3 for myself and a Specialized for my daughter. Will get my next bike there most likely.

Bought my Tarmac Elite from Synergy shortly after they opened and they've been my main LBS since then. Upgraded to a Tarmac Pro last year and I've been happy with both bikes. Great service and support.

Excellent shop who know what customer service is and are happy to guide you through what you need. Owned and operated by guys who ride and race and clearly are doing what they love...and it shows.
