We bought a trade in vehicle at this location and the salesman Brandon was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He knew all the knick knacks of the car and honestly he was the reason we bought our car there. It was an all around great experience.

It's a great place to purchase a Kia. Angie always responded quickly to any queries and was honest enough to tell me when she didn't know something but would look into it. The coffee is excellent (LOL) and they have a kids corner which is nice. Director made an effort to find the color that I wanted (last one in Quebec) which I really appreciated.

It has been the most surprising car shopping experience. I have always been dealing with the "luxury line" sales rep when it comes to cars but I was extremely impressed by Artem from Kia Chambly. He is kind, patient and knowledgeable. He made my 2021 Seltos purchase a breeze and sealed my decision to try a south korean car. I will absolutely recommend anyone to go there. It was worth the drive for me :).

And yes they have a little play area for the kids and free beverages and snacks so your wait can be pleasant and convenient ;)

Karim and then also Artem, both took care of us. They're fast and efficient, no useless bla bla, straight to the point, which I appreciate a lot. Anyways, these guys are good sales people. Kudos to Karim who seems to manage his time very well. The car is reserved. We'll see later this year for the rest but so far so good.

Favorite. Place. To. Go.( for my car needs ) Great service. They take the time it takes to explain what needs to be explained. Just got my car back today and the kids got these adorable teddy bears :) Definitely worth the 45 min drive from my home :)

Just bought myself a Kia Stinger GT 2019 from Kia Chambly. I met with Artem one of the best salesman I have encounter in a long time. He does is best to find you the best deal possible. He made the sale experience very pleasent. At the end it fell like a conversation between two friends rather then the eternal play of cat and mice dance between the salesman and the client. If you are looking for a new or used Kia I highly recommand this dealer and that you ask for Artem.
