Clean dealership, nice to see fresh coffee at their disposal. Would recommend 👌 👍 👏 this dealership 💯% they have a really approachable bilingual Sales Associate named Olivier he's really good and knows his stuff regarding EV vehicles especially Hyundai but limited to the other competitors as well.

I want to say thank you to Mr. Pierre and all the team work in Seray. Customer experience was really amazing from the first moment, so, for sure, we will buy our next car in the same place.

Recently made a longggg trip up to Montreal (from New Brunswick) on my March break during school to visit various dealerships. Seray Hyundai happened to be on the list. Me and my best friend have now both purchased from them and both have had a great experience (he purchased a 2012 civic SI, and I traded in for a blue 2021 Veloster N). We dealt mainly with Steven (who is absolutely excellent by the way) and they were very negotiable and once a deal had been made, they did everything in their power to do the trade and have me on the road back home within 2 days. They even gave us suggestions on where to stay locally for a good price with great food that was right off the highway so you could quickly make your way to Montreal if you’d like. (The three I mainly worked with was Steven, the receptionist, and a lady from the finance department, whom all of which were lovely, and I’m so sorry I forgot some of your names). Me and my friend were also nervous about going to dealerships with only knowing some French, and nevermind everyone at Seray being very kind and approachable with the language barrier, the whole experience actually has been my best dealership experience. I may be young (20), but somehow I’ve wound up in several dealerships and have dealt with many sales associates, service staff, finance departments staff, and overhead, and this is by far the best overall experience I’ve had. This is the first time that I thoroughly enjoyed every person I encountered or worked with at Seray. This is of course only my opinion on the purchasing of a car, which was fantastic I must say, so if you’re looking to purchase a car through Seray Hyundai you have my full support!

Thanks again Seray for everything, it was truly an awesome experience and one I won’t forget, especially being the first official I’ve done on my own through a dealership, so I also thank you for treating me not as a child, but as a customer! Especially after it being an issue for so long through other experiences.

Ps: This is not of worry, I think it might have been forgotten. I still need one piece of paperwork to fully register my car, I’m pretty sure it got lost in transit, if Steven or one of the staff could contact me that would be perfect. Maybe it’s something that can be faxed to my email, or in worst case scenario be sent through express mail, I just need a copy of the previous car registration that’s been signed off.

Purchased a used Hyundai from here in April. The overall purchase and finance processes went super smooth. Had a couple of issues that was noticed after the delivery, but the sales and service staff were very accommodating and courteous in taking care of them, without claiming my extended warranty.
Definitely recommend this place for used and new cars.

I have to say the service was excellent at that delearship, even though I decided on another brand. Vincent my sales rep was kind, not pushy and was very gracious. I would recommend with no hesitation!

Excellent experience dealing with the people at Seray Hyundai Chambly! I purchased a car with them virtually, and was blown away at how easy it was. Max was incredibly helpful getting all the paperwork sorted, and even kept me posted on all the updates throughout the week. Despite never seeing the car before I arrived, I was confident that there were no surprises due to all the details and photos that Max had sent me, and I was not disappointed! The car drove great, and was even better than I imagined. The paperwork took a few minutes, and within a half hour, I was driving away. Highly recommend Max as a salesperson, and would buy from him again with no reservations.

Another amazing experience from this dealership. They are super busy but they always have time to help and answer any questions I have.

I want to give a shout out to Marie-Soleil, Valerie, Vincent and Mathieu. Vincent was the seller who helped me again and Mathieu the finance guy.

I wanted a car that was a special request and they did their magic. After presenting the car I wanted, the deal was done within a day and financed with the best rate. And I'm picking my car up tomorrow.

I live near a Hyundai dealer but I prefer to drive out there to do business with them because of who they are as people. Selling cars is not an easy business, but it's even harder to satisfy customers.

But they know how to do both and do it with a smile!

The staff at Seray Hyundai go above and beyond for their customers. Service on my vehicle was going to take longer than expected so they provided a shuttle to and from home once the service was complete.

I bought a used car from them and they were above and beyond of a deal and giving excellent service. I went there by a rental car and they sent me their driver to pick me up from car rental location 25 kilometre away. Deal was online and very easy. I met "Luc", a respectful sales man who is bilingual to serve people from Ontario or other provinces. When I took car out of there I realized the A/C does not work. I know it is disappointing to buy a car and right away something is wrong with it. I just texted Luc and he did an excellent job by sending a cheque to fix the issue here in my town instead of driving longway back there. While the amount was not enough to fix the issue but their customer service is amazing. Absolutely recommended! Thank you Luc and Seray Hyundai to give me a good feeling in this deal and driving my car!

I live in Montreal but going out to Seray Hyundai in Chambly is worth the drive. Their customer service is exceptional. I've visited other dealers, some around the corner from my house. None of them gave me the attention or were as solutions oriented as Seray Hyundai. Perhaps it's the small town vibe of Chambly that garnered such a friendly and approachable experience. I wasn't just another number there, (which was how I felt at other dealerships), they really focus on building a customer relationship.

These are odd times with dealerships having zero inventory and long backlogs for new vehicles that can run for years. The team at Seray were very solutions oriented in listening to what I needed and getting me into a new vehicle quicker than I expected. Big kudos to Jérémie in sales and Sara in financing!
