I recently had the pleasure of working with Karim Boukari at H Gregoire to explore options for a car. Karim dedicated considerable time to understand my preferences and patiently guided me through various options without any pressure. What truly impressed me was his respect and behavior, when I decided to cancel my purchase the following day. He handled the situation with utmost professionalism, demonstrating understanding and courtesy. Despite my change of mind, he remained respectful and supportive, leaving a lasting positive impression. I highly recommend Karim for anyone in search of a car-buying experience.

Went to this location with my wife and purchased a vehicle with a trade in. Our representative was Thomas who was very courteous and professional throughout the process. We dealt with 3 other employees along the way and all were equally friendly and professional. The whole experience is very comfortable, no annoying high pressure sales people working here. All in all a very pleasant buying experience .

My husband was going crazy looking for a good car for our family ! He looked few place .But as service and honest and helpful .Like this place no match .

He made me feel comfortable taking my time to inspect the car and taking it for a test drive. I would highly recommend purchasing your vehicle with this company.

Really great experience at the HGregoire at Carignan. The staff was extremely helpful, patient with all mine and my wife’s questions and gave us all the required information right away. Special shout-out to our sales person, Thomas Couillard and our finance person, Krikor Chahinian for being the best.

I was nervous to go here because of the reviews. But I was greeted and served right away by Ervin who was very friendly and patient. He made the process simple and easy for me. I got to leave with the car I wanted. The women who took my payment were a little too brief for my liking about the paperwork (but did expand on areas when I asked questions). The only thing I was dissapointed about was that no one informed me that the SAAQ could charge me more for taxes on the vehicle than were on the financial breakdown I was provided at the dealership. Furthermore I believe my car was NOT smoke free, I would have liked to have been notified of this. However overall I had a really nice experience and so far (1 day later) I am thrilled with my purchase.

Best service I've ever received from a car dealer. They answered all my questions. Unfortunately, I did not buy from them. They did not force me to buy from them. Truly recommend this place if you are buying your first car. Hands down to Jean-Philippe!

Regardless of some other reviews, my experience was above expectations and the financing and customer service i was given was great. I tried many dealers before and they all disappointed me. However to my surprise this dealer did not. I do recommended giving this place a look if youre purchasing a car. you never know.

The service was great and they did everything quickly and made the trasaction easy for me.

I went in there not knowing what I wanted to buy. I had a car to trade in and wanted something more recent. The salesperson, Joseph Ejeil, listened to my needs and wants and showed me a couple of cars that were spot on with my tastes. After trying a couple of cars I decided on one. And I left with the car within 24 hours.

Plus my girlfriend got 200$ for referring me.

Couldnt be happier.

I met Jesse about 3 weeks ago,& found him very imformative,& took the time to show me various vehicles.As I was not ready to purchase at the time due to the prices I could not accept,I told him I would return when the time was right.I did return on february 29th,where he took the time to show me the vehicle I was intetested in buying,had a road test,& he took the time to explain all the paperwork re;purchase,& I left after having a pleasant morning.You have a great salesman in Jesse.don wylie
