My daughter and I have been clients for a while now, and I highly recommend this place! Special thanks to therapists Maria and Kalem, who have made a significant difference in our lives. I came in with lower back pain due to a hernia and later with a pinched nerve in my shoulder, while my daughter has been dealing with scoliosis. We received not only effective special exercises but also recommendations on the equipment tailored to help with our issues. The improvement we've seen has been remarkable, and I can't thank the team of professionals enough for their support and for genuinely resolving our problems. Highly recommend!!

I had a serious neck and left arm issue that was causing a lot of pain and discomfort. It made it difficult to sleep and work. I'd like to start off by saying that the first point of contact team is awesome! So friendly and welcoming. I could say exactly the same thing for the physical therapy team that helped me. I felt comfortable, that the exercises and remedies were appropriate for the injury I had, and in the end, my problem was solved in a shorter period of time than I expected, with relief and progress early on. I visited this physician's office a couple of times for my neck pain, and I can't speak highly enough of the care I received. Mr. Nguyen was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to identify the root cause of my pain, providing me with exercises that have truly helped alleviate it. Not only that, but the staff at the office were exceptional - friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist. I'm grateful for the excellent care I received here and would highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of expert medical attention. I broke my wrist and went there after my cast was removed and they got me back able to work after a few weeks and also did a follow up a few weeks after to make sure that it was really ok. I liked it because they gave me things I could do at home and they worked with me and did not try to rush me.

Best doctors in Montreal for the physitherapy. I highly recommend this place to someone with low or high intensity pain. They recommend perfect excersises and treatment is performed professionally. Sharl is the best here he was able to fix the lower back pain in couple of days .

Every staff member I have interacted with at this clinic has been client centered, professional and knowledgeable. Calem (pediatric physio) and Laetitia (women's health physio) were amazing members of my postpartum care team. Being able to bring my infant to my appointments saved me the hassle of having to organize childcare to tend to my own health. Highly recommended.

Olga is the best physiotherapist I have ever had. I have been seeing her for over 2 years and she has seriously improved my quality of life. The clinic itself is extremely clean and the receptionists are always kind and professional. I cannot recommend Solution Active enough.

I strongly recommend this clinic. I visited the clinic around 10+ times throughout the year for various sports-related injuries and always left reassured, with a clear understanding of what the injury was and what I had to do to resolve it. The reception staff were always very courteous and accommodating, and my physiotherapist Philippe Dufour exhibited a great deal of knowledge, patience and follow-up, and always took the time to answer all my questions. All of my injuries (both shoulders, both knees, hip, toe) got resolved after following the treatments recommended by Philippe.

I just saw an Austrian physio who has come to the clinic to studying the Mckenzie Method. After just one treatment and a few days of doing the prescribed exercises I have had a significant improvement.

Best physio in Montreal. I used to live in Verdun and had gone to Physiotherapy Solution Active a few times due to various sport-related injuries. I then moved to Outremont 6 years ago, but I still find myself going back to Maria all the way in Verdun, whenever I have an issue.

I turned up at this clinic after moving to the area and reading reviews. I had been suffering with back problems for nearly a year. After just one session with Philippe, and one week of very simple exercise, I felt a difference in the intensity of my pain. Now, after 6 weeks, I'm nearly pain free. And importantly I am now armed with a knowledge of my body and corrective actions I can take, both ongoing and in the future, to maintain a normal and active life again! I'd like to add that Philippe takes great pride and care in the progress of his clients and that the receptionists working there are all friendly, helpful, and professional. They also have accommodating hours and bill my insurance company directly.

Kalem was the only physio that has been able to help my disc bulge and before him I had seen 6 other specialists! He is honest and a straight talker and genuinely cares about his clients. He is smart as a tack too and loves his work. The cost of therapy is pretty fair as well.

For back problems (especially disc) I strongly recommend Kalem!

excellent service. I saw Olga in physiotherapy for a first injury to my knee. She is compassionate and competent and knows exactly what to recommend to get you back on track. For my second sports related injury, i could not get a quick appointment so i went to another clinic and was very disappointed with the physiotherapist and the level of care. I was finally able to get back in to see Olga and appreciated the service even more as it is in depth, proposes exercises which are tailored to your healing requirements and instructional if you want to learn about how to prevent future injuries. I fully recommend, especially after having tried other clinics.

I came to see Michael after sustaining an injury to my upper back from lifting my daughter awkwardly. His method to find the pinpointed issue was very well explained and worked wonderfully. The sessions never felt rushed - he has the time to talk to you and understand your problems and he clearly cares about finding the solution in an efficient way.
I would recommend his service to anyone needing a professional physiotherapist. Great experience!

My experience at the clinic was excellent! I have herniated lumbar disc and I had a very serious inflammation and a lot of pain. The Dr. Philippe Dufour is very attentive and a serious professional with a lot of experience. In the first session I felt much better and with only 4 sessions, I was completely recovered. Everyone at the clinic is very friendly! I highly recommend it!
