From the first meeting with Donna on the office's day off on a long weekend, to coming in to get my new C-pap machine in under 2 months, the staff worked magic. Heidi got the battery pack I required in quickly, Holly sent me up. Wonderful place. Sorry I couldn't name the other staff.

I've been to a few respiratory service establishments in the Durham region and DHRS is by far the BEST one. Not only is it in a great area and easy to get to but it also offers a very comfortable atmosphere along with a home type setting. The staff are beyond helpful and friendly and tend to all your needs regarding respiratory services. They have a wide range of respiratory products for your convenience and whatever they don't have they can get for you. I recommend this establishment above any other in the Durham Region area. Next time you have respiratory needs consider DHRS.

I have been a client of DHRS for 8 years. I have always found the staff very friendly engaging and proffesional. They make sure I am comfortable with a suitable mask and machine and how to keep it functioning at its best. From my first visit, I was very doubtful how a CPAP machine could help improve my life. I now have more energy and no more migraines. The staff at DHRS are quick to make suggestions to help improve my sleep experience with new products and technology. Over the years, I have come to look forward to my visits. Sure, I could probably find services else where, but why would I. The staff are thorough, knowledgeable and professional in every regard and smiles are free and abundant! I would recommend Durham Home Respiratory Services to anyone! I purchased my first CPAP here and the staff were great! Super friendly knowledgeable and helpful. Have not had any other dealings yet....but if my future experiences are as good as my first.....then I'll be very happy!
I'm updating this review, as I have been coming here for 7 years now. Durham CPAP is still great! My dealings with the staff have been excellent! So awesome! I won't go anywhere else!

I was here today, and I have to say the ladies who work here are lovely. They are very passionate about their jobs, and they go above and beyond in terms of customer service. I usually go to the Port Perry location, and I love it there too (I actually was aided by those ladies in a minor medical emergency and they were also wonderful).
You can rest easy knowing you're in good hands with these people.

First, let me say that these professionals working at this office are decent, kind, smart, welcoming and nice be around. Honestly, I always get the true professional treatment when I attend this office at Simcoe St North. When I go for an appointment at this office, I always left with a smile on my face. This is always good for my mental health to be able to spend time with such an incredible team. Well done guys!!!! keep up the same great work.

All the ladies at this location are nothing short of outstanding. Always helpful and polite and just all around great people. I have been with them for quite some time now and have had absolutely nothing but great service. As of late I’ve been dealing with Heidi, she has always come through for me and has a great personality so easy to talk to and share with. I look forward to many more years with all of you. I originally had to choose a supplier off of a list at the sleep clinic and I seen this one (Simcoe in Oshawa) was closest to my house. I googled the reviews and they were very mixed across their locations. I decided to roll the dice and I’m glad I did. This place has amazing, polite, helpful staff. They call periodically to check in on me to ensure I’m getting a good night sleep and am happy with my loaner equipment.

Today I went in without setting up an appointment to see if they could help me out. They helped me out big time to get a new mask I required for nights I cannot breathe through just my nose. They took the time to go through my history for the last few weeks and do a proper fitting and leaving with my new mask in hand.

Truly made me feel like they had my best interest at heart. Thanks again for your help ladies.

Dealt primarily with Lisa. Fantastic customer service. Prompt replies to emails and definitely went above and beyond with respect to assisting with submitting the claim through my insurance company and coordinating the benefits along with my physician. Appointment time was maintained as scheduled with minimal waiting. Everything was explained in complete detail. Follow up phone call was made to ensure everything was acceptable. Would highly recommend.

I had my first visit with Susie at DHRS this week to service my CPAP machine. Called in the morning and they fitted me in same day. Susie was very knowledgeable. She cleaned my existing unit, went through all of my stats with me including suggesting another sleep study. They had everything in stock and have placed me on a reminder notification list. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Looking forward to a long relationship with DHRS.

I have recently switched from a different care provider, and I am very pleased with DHRS. I found them to be very professional and knowledgeable, and was given excellent device maintenance instructions and recommendations for getting the most life out of my CPAP machine.

I come here for my CPAP supplies despite others being much closer. The staff are extremely friendly, personable and helpful. They offer flexible payment plans. They are a breath of fresh air.
