I previously have got 3 pairs of custom orthotics at BIoPed Waterloo and they all fit great from the time I got them. This time was different. It took a couple of tries to get them right. Brandon was great to work with and very willing to take the time to make them right. His extensive knowledge, professionalism customer service and positive energy turned a potentially bad situation into a really good one. The store also has a really great selection of orthotics friendly footware - all expensive but not out of line given the quality.

Great service, very professional. I was having back issues and a lot of it was stemming from the way I walked and the shoes I was wearing. After visiting BioPed I've seen a lot of improvement, I highly recommend them. They also helped me with a great pair of shoes for running/walking.

I was quite happy with my appointment and resulting orthotics. Shawn was very easy to understand, and helped me learn about what was happening with my mild but chronic foot pain. Even after the appointment Bioped staff were very receptive to questions and inquiries about possible adjustments.

Wonderful service

Great for orthopedic off-the-shelf shoes, but will discredit all others who make custom orthopedic inserts based on gait analysis, and assessment. He does NOT do the 'paper mache' customization of a mold for your foot, nor do they have the 3D imaging technology to make a similar customized mold. I was assured by numerous podiatrists and chiropodists who admit they wish they knew the old "paper-mache" method, even though both methods (3D imaging and 'paper mache) give an accurate physical representation of your feet. I had the usual 'step-in-a-BOX' method, before without any positive outcomes for the overall feel in lower body.

I brought a pair of 200$ shoes extra wide shoes, the selection was kinda slim given only 2-4 brands for each sex. Also after 2 weeks of light use (strolling an hour a day) my stitching was starting to flay and I had to get it patched up before more damage occurred.
