Arrived when it was almost closed and Bakery staff was already almost done cleaning up but one bakery staff was kind enough to answer my questions, she was friendly and very helpful. Checkout cashier was easy and pleasant as well, forgot the gentleman's name. For the short time I was there rushing before close, I was pleased with their patience.

Always packed, always busy, never any parking. But the staff are friendly, attentive and helpful. The product is bought in bulk. They have a great return policy, too. Overall, if you bring your patience, you'll be fine.

I visited this Costco location in the Heartland Town Center after more than 15 years. It still has all the great deals on great products.
The store was packed inside and outside. Parking was hard to find. Some aisles were busier than others. Overall, a very crowded and busy location. The staff was lovely, and many have been working there for 10+ years, which is refreshing.
Talking to staff, I learned that the store is typically busiest Thursday - Monday.

The "napkins pick up area" has to be relocated because all the debris from napkins falling down to the area of "salt, peppers, spoons, forks and other stuffs".
It's not safe and not sanitized at all.
As you can see in the photo, it's very messy, but nobody cleaned this mess even after 1 hour.

Worth getting the membership for the contents of the Costco Connections magazine ONLY! It has coupons for executive members, recipes, curated products for lazy people like me who do not have the patience to walk all over the store or browse the web site. Finally, my favourite part - articles featuring small business owner “members” who inspire me to start my own business and my entrepreneurial spirit.

Costco leadership are completely clueless - they should have a dedicated web site for the magazine and offer a subscription and contents for NON-MEMBERS and REGULAR members only in order to entice them to get the executive membership. I will believe it when I see it 🙂

FYI, I am single (no kids) and been using the executive membership.

Very nice environment and has so many brands in one shopping experience. The store will totally make you want to buy something that you do not need. They have a garage where you can buy tires and the customer support is outstanding. I really like the concept of food samples here so that you can taste the product and if you think it is good you can buy the product. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND going here to do daily shopping.

Costco has been around for sometime, only now that they have introduced a digital membership ID. This is a great step forward. Now I am waiting for them to allow or integrate them into their gas stations. ⛽ But for now, you can use your digital ID to get in the warehouses and buy, but you have to wait for it to be integrated in the gas stations. Nevertheless this digital ID is an excellent idea.

When you come to shop at Costco, be ready that it will be busy place with lots of shoppers.
You can get overboard when you see lots of great deals in bulk .

Only challenge is finding parking, it’s always full and you have to be very patience while your outside looking for parking and even when you get in.
Shoppers are always in a rush that you need to pay attention of your own cart and theirs because you don’t want to have a shopping cart collision 🤣🛒

Visiting costco at this location is like visiting a town fair. Crowded, lots of good deals, good quality product. Very courteous staff and awesome service. Long lines at the checkout is part of the experience. Checkout staff is super fast and pleasant. Management and staff deserve a well earned recognition for running a controlled chaotic operation on a daily basis.
One thing I would like to see changed is the long line at the return desk. At times it stretches all the way into the parking lot.

A good sized store with good customer service and no issues. Would visit again.

I went to Costco today as the store by my home no longer has an optical place I had the best customer service I've ever experienced today. I had the joy of dealing with Anjna. She was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to assist me getting the proper size glasses for my face. The one I have now fly off my face if I bend over. She couldn't believe they would even show me that frame it's obviously 5 X too big. I had a pair of sunglasses picked out and she asked if it was specifically the aviator style I was looking for and i told her, yes that's it ...she brought back a pair that i absolutely loved and it fit my face perfectly. I will recommend Anjna anytime I hear someone mention they looking for glasses/contacts. I lucked out , she was a gem.

I had an amazing experience at Costco. I accidentally cut myself while shopping. An amazing associate Monica was so kind and caring. She chatted with me and got me a bandaid and really made my day wonderful. I just wanted to say thank you to Monica for being caring! She goes above & beyond.

I was in and out of this location in 30 min which was great! The products were easy to find the line moved quickly and the staff were friendly.

Gets super crowded .. go there off hours .. have food n things catered towards ground that’s near the Mississauga.. really cool place and got gas so win win

Cameron with a beard was so kind and helped me find what I needed. He went above and beyond for me. Definitely should be a manager he’s so knowledgeable. Pretty impressive ☺

Fantastic price benefits to members. Did not get the product I saw in another store and this could be a result of large number of shoppers in this area compared to stores in the north. An employee help me to search but nothing..sold out. For a membership, I believe we should have product finder machines and numbered aisles. Too much time searching for products. This should be easier for paid memberships to shop with less confusion.
