It's a small space with super friendly and helpful staff. They greet you as you come in and casually ask if you need any help. Tell them what you're looking for and they know exactly where it is. On the rare occasion that they don't carry what you're after, they'll tell you the best place to get it.

Parking is never an issue. Prices are unbeatable and quality is excellent.

Never been to HNT tools before, I was on my way to buy a lightly used Milwaukee packout 3 piece set from marketplace for $350 the only other on marketplace was $320 I walked in just to check it out first. Just hit this sale out of the blue and found it for $299. WOW, of course if you spend 500 you get an additional $50 from Milwaukee so I ended up with a couple extra pieces.

The guys have the best prices in town on Milwaukee tools. Great knowledgeable staff very helpful. Unlike many stores if its in the flyer it's in stock. I don't know how they do it alot of items are below others cost. Lots of parking out front. Wheel chair or walker accessible.

Helpful staff, quality products, competitive pricing, and management who will price match the Coquitlam competition so that I don't have to leave town to get the best deal.

HNT has the Best price guarantee on most things! Truely knoledged staff, personable and great help! Ive Never had issues with the tools I've bought and still use. Refurbished or not!! I've bought a refurbished item in the past and ended up with a brand new one instead!!! I thought it was a mistake!

Got set up with the full Milwaukee package for the work truck. Staff was fast and efficient

Pretty happy with the inventory and selection of tools and accessories that are in stock. A year ago I purchased a set of H4 LED headlight bulbs to upgrade my old Audi which work great. I found tools that neither Canadian Tire, KMS or Princess Auto has in stock. They dont have everything but it's usually worth a stop in to check. As well I found a tool to help overhaul my power steering pump which I could not find at the aforementioned retailers, Cheers

update 2023: still good prices but service a little lacking. Went to buy two Milwaukee speakers, inventory said 7 in stock but they could find NONE. They would bring one in from the warehouse and call me the next day. Well i called two days later because no call was received from them. When i asked, they found it in the back. So they 'dropped the ball' on the important part...they should have called! In their defence, service at almost all business has gone downhill...just saying that employees do not seem to care the way they should.

Went to HNT to buy a shovel and some Milwaukee tools and the Sales associate Brooke was super helpful in helping to fit the tool to my needs and job. Good pricing, Good Staff, Good stock on products. Grate Store highly recommend

Went to KMS for a milwaukee backpack that said was in stock on their website. Sure enough wasn't. HNT had it and a huge selection of other bag's too. Very good prices too. Will be back there for any tools I need.

Went there today to grab a 150.00 tool. Well they treated me so good they times that by 13

Up date....went there to buy a heated coat in the Milwaukee brand and felt like I was being taken to the cleaners. So the coat was 179.00.....a battery was on sale for 69.95. A portable charger another 79.95. That comes to 369 and change. Ouch and they didn't have my size to boot. Maybe that was a blessing....I do a on line search and find home depot as them with battery and charger for 229.00. That upset me so I went back in and asked why I almost got screwed for about 150 plus the extra taxes and the best answer I got was they didn't have it in my size. I have been buying from them for a few years now and when I started they had the best prices that I could find but now they seem to be riding on a trust that was instilled in me that had my best interest in mind and they would always take care of me. I spent thousands of dollars at this store just to feel like I may have been screwed on other things.......no more believing them back to fact checking. Sorry .

Amazing selection of Milwaukee tools and beyond! Also great staff who were helpful and even offered to help carry items to the truck. First time today was great and will be going back for sure!!
