Got my nails done with Richelle for the first time and I am super happy with her work! Great attention to detail, great price and efficient. I’ll be back for sure :)

As someone who gets French gel manicures & pedicures frequently as that is my go-to, I find that the application technique varies across salons. At Richelle Nails & Spa, the technicians are professional and efficient. I was in and out in just under an hour for both a pedicure and manicure! The technicians filed my toes and nails perfectly and I love how they do French nails at this salon. This is definitely my favourite nail salon for this style!

This place was amazing!!
They are nice and professional, caring as well. Evrytime I used to get my acrylic removed my nails would burn. But here they take there time and continue to check they are not hurting you. Love love love. ❤

I just moved to Burke Mountain and had the pleasure of receiving my first pedicure at Richelle Nails from Vincent. This is by far the best pedicure I’ve had from a nail salon, and the massage was not only LONG; the effort and pressure was amazing! I will be back! Thank you Vincent!

Received a pedi from Tony, I called an hour before closing and Tony told me to come on in! He did an excellent service, and the foot massage was AMAZING. Super relaxing experience.
Met Richelle who was so welcoming as well.

I can't say thank you enough to Richelle and her team. I've suffered with ingrown toe nails for years, and with the help of Richelle and her staff they have been able to alleviate the pain I suffer with, until I found a Dr that would help with my issue, every Dr I've had look at them tells me they aren't that bad. ( but they really, are and with pictures I've finally been able to show the Dr a flair up ) Having 1 of 2 toes fixed last year and a bad flair up today, I can say the skill Richelle has in dealing with my issues is compatible to what the Dr did last year minus being able to take out the root of the nail. Thank you again Richelle you and your staff are above and beyond amazing

My wife got me a gift card and I had my first pedi treatment here. The full works with foot bath\massage, nail trimming, foot scrubbing and even some type of wax treatment at the end. Vincent and the team were amazing! Will come back for sure👍🏼😃 Thanks guys!

Walked in to ask about solar nails. They were able to to answer all my questions as a nail biter. They took me right away. Chloe was my technician. She was gentle, detailed and made sure I was happy with shape and length. There was no forced chatting, no upsells. A pleasant experience all around. Love my nails!!

Tried this salon for the first time last night and was thoroughly impressed! The gal who did my nails (I believe her name was Tina) did a really nice job, was thorough, everything was clean and came out of a package. You even get a warm cloth on your hands at the end! Salon was clean and the ladies were all friendly. Would definitely recommend!

After trying most nail salons in the tri-cities and not being particularly happy with either the customer service or workmanship, I tried Richelle Nails and Spa. This was around 5 years ago and I haven’t been anywhere else since! Friendly staff, clean environment and consistent work. My nails barely ever break and on the off chance that one does, it’s fixed for me no problem. Richelle is patient, kind and has an attention to detail like no other! In my opinion, this and the Port Moody location are the best nail salons in the tri-cities!

My mom and I went in for a shellac manicure and pedicure. The staff were very friendly and the owner is wonderful. Excellent jobs done on both our polish and the environment is very relaxing. Best manicure I have had in a while and their hours make it easy to fit in to your schedule! We especially loved the massage pedicure chairs. Will definitely be returning!
