Paola was talented, professional and absolutely lovely. I am in love with my eyelashes! They have so much natural volume I don't even need to wear mascara. But I can if I want to for a bigger effect. I love these so much more than the fake lashes because they don't require any care and took less than half the time. I will now always get the eyelash lift and tint from now on. Thank you Paola!

Paola is absolutely fantastic! She has amazing attention to detail, and is very fast. She is an expert in her craft, and I have gorgeous results every single time. She explains everything very thoroughly. She is also extremely welcoming and inviting, each time I see her it's like I'm catching up with a friend! She is also VERY clean and I feel very safe getting services done by her. I get compliments on my lashes all the time! I would absolutely recommend everyone to go see her!

Paola is an incredibly professional lash technician and I highly recommend her services. After having a pretty bad allergic reaction to my lash extensions (from a different lash tech) on Christmas day, I called multiple salons desperately trying to find someone to help me and Paola luckily answered and was so kind and willing to help me even though it was a holiday. She was so gentle during the removal process and made me feel comfortable even though I was in so much pain and distress from my reaction. After Paola removed my eye lashes, I felt instant relief and the following day my reaction nearly went away. I couldn't recommend Paola enough. Her studio is tidy and clean and you can tell she is an expert in her field. You won't be disappointed with her services!

Paola, the owner, is very friendly, professional, and caring throughout our multiple encounters at her beauty studio. I will try to keep our story as precise and short as possible but I can't stress how Paola saved my wife's eyes!!! My wife went for an eye lash extension somewhere in Richmond and one day after, she developed some allergic reactions; we tried going back to the place in Richmond and the person said that it will subside in a few days with ice. We were displeased and saw that we needed some help. Since we live in Coquitlam, we randomly goolged "eye lash extension" and found Paola's studio. Paola was very patient and went beyond to help my wife resolve her eye lash issues as the glue that was used was super strong and Paola thought of different ways to help my wife to remove the extensions. Paola kept telling my wife that she can see that she was in pain and Paola treated us kindly and professionally. HIGHLY RECOMMEND PAOLA'S SERVICE TO ANYONE!!
