Great service, healthy and large meals at a very price point. Ellie has kept my husband fed these last few weeks while he's been working and living without a real kitchen. She is always super fast to reply to any questions and the meals were a good variety with lots of protein! We've used Mealsaweight before and absolutely will again!

I was referred to Meals a Weight by a Personal Trainer who said this had worked for her clients focusing on weight loss. I am a self employed single Mom. I have struggled to make healthy meals for myself that fit within my weight loss goals and also cook for my kids who have different dietary requirements. Meals A Weight has truly come to my rescue! Not only are the foods delicious, but it's wonderful to have variety and now that I am in the groove, I do not feel deprived. There is variety provided to me every week and I can't wait to see what I get. Everything is within my required macros and I am achieving my goals at a reasonable pace. I’m actually shocked at how good the service is, Ellie is actually a true champion walking though every single step of my meals down to the gram with me to make sure my coach is happy. Every meal I’ve received has been great high quality food with an awesome variety of flavours and let me tell you when your in prep and most of the food is fairly bland it’s such a delight to have this that taste good. Deliveries are always perfect, with the driver giving me a window for when he’ll be here. This saves me sooooo muchhh timmmeee!

Aside from the food clearly being of the highest quality on all fronts, the MealsAWeight team have an extreme attention to detail and they made sure that every single meal was perfect for my macronutrient requirements! After submitting to them my custom meal macro preference, they provided me with a HUGE list of options and every single meal was easily a 10/10!

I’m in the Abbotsford area working, staying in a hotel and having no time to cook after work and going to the gym training. Eating out daily isn’t healthy for me and gets expensive. Was referred to Meals A Weight for meal prep.
Picked up my meals, for 7 day’s breakfast, lunch and dinner, on Monday and had my first 3 meals on Tuesday.
I am totally impressed and satisfied beyond, Getting the macros and portions down for me is important. I am definitely re-ordering for next week because of how convenient it is and the price is very reasonable.
