I've been going to this vet since 2006 and I have nothing but amazing things to say about them. They truly care about all their clients and provide excellent service every appointment. They were especially wonderful when I had to euthanize my old fur baby- that was one of the hardest days of my life, and their compassion did not go unnoticed ♥

This animal hospital has some of the most patient, kind and understanding people I’ve met. I started taking my dog here last year and have nothing but good experiences. My dog deals with some vet anxiety and they are very accommodating to her needs. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good vet experience.

I feel like I definitely lucked out as they were the first vet I tried when I moved to Maple Ridge. My dog is reactive to other dogs, and they're excellent at accommodating that by letting us wait in my car until we can go directly into an exam room. They also let me pay in the exam room and let me know when the coast is clear so we can leave. Vet visits are hard for all pets, and this extra care they provide goes a long way for me and my pup.

They followed up after hours to let me know my cat's results on a long weekend. They have accurately diagnosed my pet when other vets said there was nothing wrong. I have been taking my pets here since 2017 and I won't go anywhere else.

Best Vet easily! Twice I brought my dogs in in emergency circumstances, they have gone out of their way accommodate.

Once after my dog was having issue peeing and after 10 hours at the 24 hour vet overnight, told if minor and will pass. Allouette took one look at the x-ray done by the 24 hour vet and determine multiple tumours and a Blatter stone.

Unlike other vets, they took the time to explain and show me the x-ray.

Emergency surgery saved my dog's life.

Alouette Animal Hospital takes care of our dog and cat thoroughly. They are patient, attentive and have helped us through some scary times. The office staff are also so helpful and efficient! They book appointments as soon as possible, and have made time in cases of emergencies. Thank you.

I put my pug, peanut, to rest here and robin was absolutely amazing. She literally teared up, thats how much she felt for us and our loss. She made us feel so welcome, and the doctor was also great. I would recommend this vet to anyone who needs an amazing and thoughtful send off for their babies 🥰 they have a cute little room where you can spend all the time you want to say goodbye, with comfy couches, and then the doctor comes to you to with the injection. It's so heartfelt and thoughtful. Tissues, soft music and all the time you need. I couldn't imagine anything better. You have to go to this vet. so worth it and way better than competitive prices. With the best treatment possible for your fur babies 🥰

Caring and professional. If you want first class care from experienced and genuine individuals this is the place for you. We have always taken our four legged kids to these folks and have never been disappointed.

Wow they are awesome.. I took my cat there to get her claws clipped. My last vet said I needed to sedate her,. Or they wouldn't do her. I took her to Alouette Animal Hosp. They were able to do her without any medication. I can't thank them enough. Truly professionals. They know what they are doing. More then I can say about my other Vet

I've only dealt with this place once however they are amazing. We had to put our beloved Guinea pig down due to her being very sick. This was one of the few vets that were able to look at her and the compassion they had towards us at this difficult time was very much appreciated. Highly recommend this clinic.

Scooter is a scaredy cat when it comes to the vet. They handled him well, didn't try to upsell me anything, and were quick and efficient. It would be great if they could call ahead of time if they're running behind, but I get it. Still very satisfied.

I have worked with Alouette in a professional manner and they have always gone above and beyond for our cause caring for hundreds of dogs over the years. Most recently it was personal when my beloved dog was diagnosed with Cancer. There are no words to adequately describe the love and care that was not only given to my dog during that heartbreaking 3weeks - but myself too. Twyla, Shannon, Alena and Dr. Wong truly went above and beyond when it came to appointments, questions, phone calls and more. When it came time to say good-bye they cried with me and made sure that I was ready - as it was time to let her go. I don't think you can ever consider euthanizing your dog as a good experience but I can say with certainty my girl left this world surrounded in love and feeling no pain and for that I am incredibly grateful. Im so appreciative to have had those wonderful ladies and all of the staff at Alouette there to lean on during such an overwhelming time. Thank you <3

Brought in my nephews dog. The staff were very polite and understanding. The vet was intelligent and kind. The dog has improved in condition very rapidly as a result of the medication and treatment by Allouette Animal Hospital. Thank you for your kindness and assistance in providing care for the dog.

We’ve been going to Alouette for for a few years now and they’re always great. We have a black cat a Great Dane and little papillon cross and they’ve taken care of all of them over the years. The staff is always amazing and the Doctors are excellent.

The staff and the Dr's are very kind, compassionate, and helpful. They were very caring with my little dog when he needed dental surgery.

Dr Cecilia is amazing. Listen to your needs and was super patient and attentive with my dog. Probably one of the best vet out there! First time my dog was excited to go to the vet :)

My fiancée and I just went through the heartbreaking experience of putting down a sick and suffering dog this morning… thankfully, these folks were amazing with the whole process. They have a separate entrance, a comfortable living room to make the dogs (and humans) comfortable, and they come in the room for everything (don’t have to go up to the front counter or in the waiting room at all). On top of that, the staff were kind and compassionate, explaining everything and giving us time to be with the puppy before the procedure. I would highly recommend them for this. We will also be returning to them for our other dogs vet care - we had switched to something closer to home, but after this I don’t mind an extra 20 minute drive for the quality of care.

I’ve had nothing but amazing service here, the staff is so calming and friendly. Really made a normally terrible thing, a good experience. My dog was very sick, and they got her in immediately, and she had surgery the next day. I could tell how they really cared for my girl, and they really made me feel comfortable.

Dr Mo did a wonderful job with our Baxter. He was empathetic and kind when he gave the diagnosis and I would definitely recommend him and the staff. My boy never leaves the yard and they made a scary visit much calmer by their actions

I have been coming to Alouette, for more then 30 years, back when Dr Orser was running the show.
I’ve left a few times gone to other vets, maybe paid a little less..
But with my fur babies big and small, if I ever was worried about anything, they went to Alouette.
Dr Tammy Wong has been seeing my fur family for the last couple years, she is fabulous, pays attention to everything you want, and explains everything..
