KFC

Very disappointed with the customer service we received.
Ordered using the app and while they took payment they had no record of our order.
After a rather heated discussion with showing them a confirmation of the order being processed they eventually gave us what we payed for .. almost.
We were shorted an order of fries.
Didn't have the energy to go back.

Doubt that they will have our business again..

All the staff here looked of indian decent and were very politem. Food was good service was great. I had ordered online and there was a little confusion about my order. They were quick to rectify the order and were very polite about it. I appreciated it. Food was crispy but fries could have been better as they were just a tad dry. The service here made up for it. They were very polite and the rest of my order tasted amazing.

Do not buy chicken from this location they are in the habit of selling a back,half a thigh and part of a bteast as a full piece of chicken. Thus you are getting 50 pet cent chicken for 100 per cent charge. A total rip off.

Ordered thru Uber Eats tonight for the buy a bucket get one free. Ordered the 6 piece and ended up with 26 pieces of chicken. Thanks for the food after a terrible day at work! (5 pieces missing)

Honestly. I haven't been there in a LONG time. Have to say, the pieces were actually large, and food was hot. Service was great. Atmosphere got a 3 star because the tables were dirty.

Super friendly staff, the right amount of seasoning and less oily than other locations.

The only issue is that the drive thru exit does not loop back around to the parking lot. So sometimes if they're busy they ask you to wait in the plaza next door, which is a little narrow parking strip. Doesn't usually take long though, someone just brings your food over to your car.

Also there's only one drive thru window, so don't accidentally go to the little red trimmed area thinking there's a second one like I did.

i just tried the plant based chicken sandwich, and i honestly cant tell the difference.

i cant wait till KFC has plant based everything, im missing that finger-licking goodness

Friendly and helpful staff makes every effort to save customers money on their orders. The food was delicious and fresh.

Best experience ever. Totally prepared for a lunch rush. Service was good. Employees were nice. Will go back and I suggest anyone go here on a lunch time or you'll be waiting and will have time to eat your food. Would even give my money back. All they did was give to free salads that I could eat anyways due to them being prepared. Pretty good when McDonald's is faster.

Great location, and great staff!

I had an issue with my meal once here, but the dude working the fryer (I think his name was Terrence), remade it in seconds, and made sure I had more than enough condiments and napkins. A+ service, and I would definitely stop by here again!

Staff is kind, always get a smile when I go in, great people work here, ... hard working Canadians. And the food is great. Most of all those damn chicken tenders they came out with, expensive and addictive, man they're good once and a while.

Always great. Back about 10 years ago they messed with the recipe and it wicked but they’ve been killing it for years now. Good job.

We wanted KFC for supper so while we were out we just stopped to get it. It has been quite awhile since we indulged in KFC. The service was great and it was all handled beautifully due to Covid protocols. Less than a half hour from our entrance till we had our food.

Was in Oshawa for the weekend and stopped on way out using the window. The gentleman serving us was great with super Manners and super fast. Was impressed.

I liked their customer service

It's been a long time since I have been to KFC and was really surprised and please. The cashier made sure we got the best deal and everything was good. I was disappointed when I saw the colesaw was no longer green but glad that it still tasted the same.

We had been out with the whole family all day and we decided to pick some KFC at this location, well, It was the best chicken we have had in years, it was hot, it was fresh, it was fast.
Great Job every one.

This is one of my favourite KFC locations. Staff is good, restaurant is clean. My only disappointment is that KFC decided to cut-down on the size of their chicken --- obviously not the fault of the individual restaurants.
