I recently purchased a 2004 Ford Mustang convertible from Goldstar Motors. My experiences with Goldstar and sales representative, Sam, were second to none! Sam provided exemplary customer service in addressing all of my questions about the vehicle and ensuring that I was completely comfortable and satisfied with the purchase. The Mustang was washed, polished, plated, safetied and available for pick in short order. Who could ask for more? I would not hesitate to recommend Goldstar Motors to all my friends and family on their next vehicle purchase. Bravo and kudos to Sam and the staff at Goldstar Motors!!!

I've bought a lot of cars over the years and this was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. There's integrity here, Sam indemnified old school trust. What a pleasure that was and he's a car guy! We struck a verbal deal, couldn't even shake on it due to COVID and it was followed through to a T. Ali and Sara even delivered the vehicle to us an hour away. What a pleasant surprise this was and the quality of the product they sold us was superb. I'll be shopping here again.

Just bought a car from Sam. Car is running great so far. The customer service was excellent. Licensing, detailing and everything needed was finalized in a day. No stress and the car price was much lower than the surrounding area. Very impressed and would definitely recommend.

If I could give Sam 10 stars, I would. We wasted a bunch of time looking for a car at the “big” dealerships, and wish we had started with Gold Star. Sam quickly put us at ease and was the polar opposite of what you expect from a “used car salesman”. He was very open, honest and fair- and we are extremely happy with the pristine state of the car we picked up as well as how easy and low pressure Sam made the process.
That would have been enough to get Gold Star 5/5 stars. The extra 5 stars were earned a couple of days after the sale. My wife was driving the car when it appeared that one of our new tires went flat. This was after dark on a Friday night. I reached out to Sam for some info and he promptly met us in person, arranged (at his cost!) to get the car to a nearby mechanic and stayed until the tire problem was resolved. He refused to accept any payment for this, despite it being days after we “completed” the sale. It is hard to find people that genuinely care about their customers the way Sam does. We have already recommended Gold Star to many of our friends and will happily continue.

Sam, the guy who owns an runs the office, is easy to deal with or access. It appeared to me that buying car from him sounds easier than what I thought. I found him flexible and generous. I also felt quite safe doing business with him and learnt from some of his advice.

I believe I got a fair deal and would strongly recommend this business. Wishing you the best Sam!

Recently purchased a Toyota Yaris from them and had a fantastic experience. They were very professional and looked after my needs right from the moment I booked the test drive up until I took the car home. There was nothing scammy and also no hidden fees. I'm super pleased with my new car and would highly recommend them!

I am not someone who writes a lot of reviews. I recently bought a Ford from Goldstar Motors Dealer in 630 Montreal road and the experience was incredible. Sam helped and provide me the great price including everything I was looking for. He was upfront and honest about everything.
If you are buying a vehicle, I would strongly recommend you to check Gold star motors in Ottawa and ask for Sam before going to another dealership.

An extensive online search for several months identified the best price for what we wanted (2 years old, low mileage, SUV, ...) at Goldstar Motors. We went to see the vehicle which perfectly reflected the online description including price. So we bought the car a couple of days ago. I have only positive experiences to report about my purchase. I cannot think of a negative experience even if I try to be picky. The future looks very good and I am definitely going to simplify my task next time by looking first at the cars offered by Goldstar Motors. I would definitely recommend anyone to look at their selection. I didn't do it but it might be a good idea to speak to Sam Baroud at the start of a car search because he knows what he has, he knows what is coming and he knows what is reasonable.

Just bought a 2017 Kia Forte LX from Sam and Ali and I couldn't be more pleased. Very friendly service, the price was excellent for a low mileage vehicle and the car was absolutely spotless...like buying new to be honest. Also got me a better price than I would have gotten on some Pirelli winter tires. Sam had all the paperwork ready for our visit to the Quebec SAAQ to get the plate and, because of that, everything went smoothly. I would definitely buy from Goldstar again and strongly recommend you pay them a visit if you see something that interests you.

I am very pleased with my new-to-me car. I test-drove it twice for as long as I wanted. The staff were so helpful and did everything possible to make the purchase of the car easy for me.
