He is not going to put you on a distribution list and flood your email with daily listings. He will listen to your requirement, needs, and expectations and will only share the listing(s) that best fit your needs after his review. This mean you might not get anything from him for days compared to the others unless it meets your expectations.

Awesome experience overall!
We recently purchased a place this October, and we had the opportunity to work with RJ McComber. He was always very helpful and very understanding of our budget limitations since we didn't have much to buy a place. Also, once we had finalized the paperwork we had a small issue with the seller but RJ was able to resolve everything we asked for very efficiently. He also has a great team around him that solved the entire purchase and credit qualification in a matter of days. I highly doubt you will find a more efficient real state agent than RJ. We said it in person but thank you so much again! We're in our own home now!
