London Eco-Metal recently installed a metal roof on our 130 year old rental property. This is the second installation they have completed for us within the past 6 years (they also installed a metal roof on our own home). Once again, we were very impressed with details and explanations we received from the salesman, the updates from the office staff during manufacturing and the professional installation of the materials by the roofing crew. Our lower roof over the garage, family room, and 3 season room was badly damaged by the derecho storm of May 21, 2022. We contacted Eco Metal for a quote to redo the roof and replace 4 broken skylights with their product. Their quote was not significantly higher than standard shingle roofing quotes. Due to the volume of work, they came in February of 2023 with a crew to do the work in about two weeks time. The crew were friendly and did a great job in cleaning up after they finished. We definitely noticed that the 3 season room is much cooler on sunny days due to the space between the metal roof and the wood. This winter has been abnormally warm so we can't comment on reduced heating. The skylights have gone through a year with no issue. We are very happy with the work.

Last April, London Eco -Metal installed a roof in my house. I am pleased with the whole process and final product. We visited their shop facility in Vars, where we had the opportunity to check their line of products. It was very helpful in selecting the material (design) and color we wanted for our roof. The sales rep (Peter) was great. He did a good job presenting the product, answering questions and concerns we had in a prompt manner scheduling and organizing the installation and inspecting the work after it was completed. The work started about 2 weeks after we signed the contract. It took 3 days to complete the installation. All went smooth, no hiccups, no delays. Installers were polite and did a good job with the post-installation cleanup. So far we have not had any issues with the new roof and the house looks great. I recommend this product and company.

Our roof was installed just before Christmas 2018 and so we didn't really see the full picture until the snow melted. We are very pleased with the overall appearance, the quality of the product and the quality of the work.
This spring we did have a concern about a small item and the company had a man visit us the next morning to resolve the issue. Very impressive customer care.

My house is located in a wind tunnel as it is a field in front. I had to change 3 time my roof since 2006. I must say that I hope this is the last time before I go on to move to a retirement home. London Eco-Metal have done a remarkable job. We had two teams working on it (first one had a emergency) so we were allocated a new crew. This crew was amazing with many years of experience working on metal roof, most of them over 20+ years. The metal bring a richness to my house and I am really happy with the final product, on top of having a 55 years limited warranty.

We were very pleased with our London Eco-Metal Manufacturing Inc. steel roof and installation. The service was prompt and responsive. The roof installation was completed about a day before estimated and it looks fabulous. We also went with a more environmentally responsible option and kept our pre-existing shingles on our roof (with patchwork courtesy of Eco-Metal) and had the steel roof placed atop. This gives us a double layer of protection and keeps our shingles on our roof (as an extra layer of protection underneath our metal roof) and keeps the shingles out of the dump and avoids government disposal fees. Many of our neighbours have remarked on how good our roof looks now and we are very happy with our decision to go with a metal roof. The pricing was competitive and my family and I are very satisfied customers. Thank you!

I have had my London Eco Metal roof for about 2 months now and I love it. It has been great in the wind and rain. I was worried about noise when it rains, but that has not been the case. It has been quieter than my previous ashphalt shingle roofs. Looking forward to its performance in the winter. I am also pleased with the fact that I don't have to worry about replacing my roof again for my lifetime. It has probably been one of the best investments I have ever made. Jennifer and I are very pleased with the installation of our new metal roof. We have received several positive comments on its curb appeal. Two weeks after the installation we experienced the Derocher winds of 70 mph with very heavy rain passing through Nepean with no damage. We were very thankful since, we have suffered wind damage in the past with only 80 to 90 kph gusts. I would highly recommend this type of metal roof installation to home owners. If you want peace of mind install this roof.

The team of installers were polite, friendly, professional, on time, hard workers and finished the job in two days. First day for the strapping and the second day for the metal.
