Studio Gymnasia

I have know Gymnasia for quite a while now. Having said that, I must say that overall I am happy with the gym. This is an Old Montreal gym, so it is indeed focused on offering customer service first with a fairly complete choice of exercise equipment to choose from. You can do a full body training with everything they have and the staff is always willing to help you if you need advice or suggestions. Also if you have any concerns, the owner will be there to listen and do his best to rectify or improve on what the issue may be. Also, Gymnasia offers great One-to-One training and personally, my trainer Jordan, which I obviously recommend, is an excellent trainer and has been the best coach I've ever had, helping me get the great results have been able to achieve which just helps in making Gymnasia a great Gym for me. So if you want a people focused gym in a family like setting, I do recommend Gymnasia.

This is a Simple small gym with good trainers and ample equipment. I’m in a hotel that had a few machines and minimum weights. Good to know you guys are right down the street! D

Jamais je ne m'étais senti bien et à ma place dans un gym avant de découvrir Gymnasia en 2008! J'ai trouvé en Stéphan Chatigny un entraîneur vraiment soucieux de ma santé, en mesure de m'établir des programmes qui correspondent à mes besoins et à ma personnalité, toujours attentif, accueillant, à la fois discret et dévoué. Et il en est de même pour tous les membres de son équipe. Les lieux sont conviviaux, l'atmosphère amicale, et l'on s'y sent chez soi. Rien à voir avec ces espaces anonymes et bruyants qui personnellement me rebutent. Je ne saurais trop le recommander à tous ceux et celles qui souhaitent conserver... un esprit sain dans un corps sain!

Le gym est très correct pour ce qui est musculation, avec machines et poids libres en bonne quantité et en bon état.

Un très bon Gym avec de très bon équipements sportifs. Je recommande vivement de vous inscrire !!!!
