What a great place! The staff and members were super friendly. Grounds were well maintained and the rules were all enforced properly. The restrooms in our side of the park were INCREDIBLE. They let us drive the close section and pick our spot which is such great service. The pool was perfect and we even did some good fishing. We will certainly be back.

Only small negative was the allergy issues. The blowing "cottonwood" seeds were everywhere, our son has tree and other allergies and we had him highly medicated all week.

Was a great camp ground. Very quiet, longer term seasonal stayers. They have 2 pools but only one was open. End of season. They have a park that is new that's made out of composite decking so no slivers which I thought that was great investment for the park and safer for the kids. Overall great stay! Oh and the cabins were great! I would only say that in the mid summer it would be really hot. Air conditioner wouldn't cut it. Bring fans!

Less than 1/2 full (no Canadiens) very quiet and few dogs.
Only issue was the bugs, I got eaton alive, went to an empty site across the lane almost none! Next time we wouldn't pick a site near the woods.

Early season long weekend, and our first stay here. Lovely property, quiet, well kept, with AMAZINGLY clean bathrooms and showers. Close to the Niagara Wine Trail with a couple wineries in reasonable walking distance. We also ventured out to Black Bird Cider and Chateau Niagara, both great stops too!

We are members here, but we also travel the country and use the reciprocal ROD campground s just as much. LL is very well kept, super clean restroom s and showers, most sites were full the week in July we were there. Other campers were all really nice, friendly, quiet. This is a nice getaway. Pool was wonderful with weather in the 90s!!

This is a very nice park, large sites, plenty of room to maneuver our 40 ft motorhome. Bathouse was extremely nice, large and spotless. Other campers were friendly and quiet. You're out of town a few miles making it super quiet, only about 20-25 minutes to the falls. We would certainly stay again.

150% satisfied!! When you call, you always get a human. Very friendly and helpful, and they make you feel like you’re the only member. You need a membership to attend here, but it is worth every penny. They give you access to other resorts across the country, and even for booking those, you get a human right away, and they are also very friendly! You can tell the owner cares about this camp, his employees keep things very clean. Their pools opened right away once they were allowed to, whereas many other camps have chosen to not even open up their pool and other activities this year. They even have very peaceful swim times strictly for adults at one pool while adults/children can be at another pool on the other side of the camp. Best kept secret of WNY!

This place was a wonderful trip for the entire family!!! Very welcoming from start to finish. Very tranquil and lots of shade spots, that are nice and open for your RV. Tons of things to keep the kids busy!! I cannot rave enough on how clean this park is. The pools are beautiful too. The park owners definitely keep things updated. We will definitely be going back !!

So this place is very nice!!! Quite the haul from Buffalo but we'll worth it. They strictly enforce their rules such as the 5mph speed limit on property, which sucks when driving through the grounds buy a great relief while our children run around and have fun. The pools are both salt water and guarded at all times. They even have an adult hour so no crazy kids are in there for the real old people...lol. They have an arcade, general store, bike and boat rentals, plus much more. I have no clue as to cost as we are always guests of her parents who RV for a living now that they are retired. All around great place tho!!!

We joined 4 years ago when they asked what we need & tailered it for us. We paid for a 10 year membership: 6 weeks a summer, to use 2 weeks at a time w a week out of the system between visits, & yearly dues! They listen to what u need! Love the park, the owners, the pool, the clubhouse. Clean clean bathrooms. Always friendly. Good people coming into the park. Nice lodges to rent if u need that too! We have used them for family visits.
