I had an incredible experience at 100 Fountain Spa located in Pillar and Post in Niagara-on-the-Lake! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and relaxed. The staff was professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail.

Mercedes was my massage therapist, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She has a magical touch and a wonderful ability to find and relieve all the tension spots. Her expertise and soothing demeanor made the entire session deeply rejuvenating.

One of the standout features of 100 Fountain Spa is the access to the hot springs, sauna, and shower facilities. After my massage, I spent some time in the hot springs, which was an excellent way to further unwind and enhance the overall relaxation. The sauna and showers were clean and well-maintained, adding to the luxurious experience.

If you’re looking for a top-notch massage and a place to truly relax, look no further. Ask for Mercedes – you won’t be disappointed!

I am so glad I found this place. My wife and I enjoyed our 6 night stay. The room was small, but quaint and comfortable. The pool and spa were excellent. All of the staff were polite friendly and diligent.
Thank you all for a wonderful week!

Spent a girls weekend and had the most fun. Great location and amenities. Shoutout to Jodi from the spa as I got the aromaflex.

Lots of additional and included services like yoga classes and meditation that as a guest you can enjoy.

One thing I’d suggest is to increase chlorine at the pool, lots of people.

My husband and I recently got married at the Pillar and Post in May, and we were absolutely blown away by our excellent experience!

Throughout the planning process, we were well-supported and prepared by the staff. All of our accomodations were suited to our needs (they even went as far as to gift us sparkling wine to celebrate!). Every single person we worked with was friendly, curteous and made the night go off without a hitch!

We will absolutely be back to celebrate our upcoming anniversaries as it is a beautiful place to visit! I would definitely recommend this venue if you are planning a wedding in the Niagara Region - they were fabulous!

I gave a 4 matará for the room only bc it is a bit warned out . Old bath tub, scuffed paint, little details that are easy to improve. The towels were new and fluffy. Also well stucked with toiletries.
Bed was so comfortable ! I had a great night sleep. Good service at front desk and house keeping as well. We enjoyed the indoor pool and was very satisfied with the locker rooms being clean and well stocked .
The Cannary Restaurant never disappoints, the meal was excellent from starter to desserts. I had the Flat Iron steak with Chimichurri sauce , it was so tender, nicely charred outside but beautiful Medium inside, my husband had the New York Strip loin also, excellent choice. Try the Grand Marnier Crème Brûlée m, so good !
My server ( Spanish / Colombian ) was very attentive and friendly .

By far my favourite place to stay out of all the vintage hotels. I was there over the weekend for my birthday and the amenities here do not disappoint. We’ve decided to many this place our annual stay.
Let’s start off with the room, we stayed at the outdoor entrance-beat decision ever, felt like we were on an all inclusive vacation as we walk out to a view of the pool. Although it can get really loud, we were unable to hear any noise from our room. The black out curtains were fantastic.
The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
2. The food- was amazing. We decided to stay in the entire Saturday because there no where better than this hotel. We were able to order food anywhere, pool side, bedroom, bar etc. food was reasonably priced and delicious.
3. Spa- this is by far my favourite and the reason why I’ve decided to make this an annual or bi annual. I booked a couples massage and my RMT-Agnieska was amazing! She is better than my normal RMT. So was Brittany. She knew exactly where to treat, how hard to go and found all the tight areas. I was very impress with her and she’s the reason why I will be coming back regularly. The hot spring was the second best thing. I felt like I was at a Scandinavian spa. We spent the entire day in robes and bathing suit.
4. Shuttle- they run very frequently and took us to the wineries and anywhere else that’s within their region.

Overall I have gathered other friends to book here.
Thank you for an amazing experience and excellent staff. Shout out to Agnieska RMT.

I've been coming here since 1996 and am a lifelong fan. This is a small gem and best kept secret in Niagara on the Lake. It's a 5 star resort, a short three block walk from the main street of Niagara on the Lake and a peaceful, warm and luxurious retreat from the frenzy of life and even a vacation. They have an on sight hot springs and spa, amazing restaurant and wine bar and two pools. The outside one is heated for winter swimming.
Outstanding service, attention to detail and a staff who truly love what they are doing. The cost is in line with the luxury experience so if you can get there, even in the off season, the price is worth every penny. Walk the beautiful gardens, relax in the hot springs and enjoy the beautiful Town. You won't regret . If you only have one day to spend in Niagara, by pass staying at the falls and choose this place or one of the other Vintage Inn properties in Niagara on the Lake. You won't be disappointed.

Such and amazing and relaxing place, me and my husband went for the day pass to the hot springs and pools, 100% worth the price. Annette was amazing and super friendly. Pools were nice and warm and the hot spring was stunning as well as relaxing. Would 1000% recommend to anyone looking to relax for a day.

We really enjoyed our stay. Felt very resort spa feeling. The bar and snack bar at the end of the beautiful enchanted garden was a bonus.

5. You get to book your 20 min spot at the hot springs
6. Indoor pool with jacuzzi
7. Free shuttle service to nearby hotels for dinner. Loved queens landing dinner! Special thanks to Rudy for his amazing service.

I stayed one night December 21 to 22. Absolutely lovely place. The Christmas decor
Made the already super cozy hotel that much cozier. The traditional room with 2 queen beds with outdoor access were perfect. Loved the indoor pool and jacuzzi, loved the outdoor area by the outdoor pool, with fire pits at night. Really wonderful. To top it off, had dinner at The Cannery , which is fine dining. Had the chicken supreme which was the best stuffed chicken breast I have ever tasted. Pretty decent breakfast for $28. If you go, you’ll love it!

My husband and I just stayed here for our mini honeymoon. I read every review before we booked and took them into consideration. What I will say is, I had zero problems with our room. We stayed in the deluxe room and it was beautiful. The service was top tier. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and both the cannery, and vintage wine bar were delightful. We booked a carriage ride, and even though it rained - it was so beautiful and informative. The spa is great. The hot springs are just a fancy hot tub but it was relaxing and the outdoor heated pool was my favourite part. We had no problems at all.

I stayed at the Pilar and Post with some girlfriends and have to say how impressed I was at the service at the front desk and from the boy who knocked on our door, offering a rose and also any extra things we needed for our room. The spa is a 5star experience. The hotel bathtub could use updating but other than that, we had a wonderful stay and hope to go again.

My wife and I just wanted a mid week getaway and this place did not disappoint. The staff was all professional, smiling (which is bonus) and courteous. The venue had everything we needed for an amazing stay. The outdoor heated pool and outdoor whirlpoolwas great as was the fireplace outdoors. The breakfast buffet was delicious and bountiful and the restaurant so cozy. Little walk to Main Street in NOTL and the the outdoor rink was wonderland lit up was the icing on the cake. Skating there was amazing as it was not crowded and the scenery was incredible. The absolute only issue was the indoor whirlpool which was quite loud and annoying. It was not regular jets but something internal was off. Regardless, the suite we had was amazing and had plenty of room. And the jacuzzi tub was bonus.
Will go back again sometime.

Our Christmas getaway at the Pillar and Post, part of the Vintage Hotels network, was nothing short of enchanting. The hotel exuded a magical ambiance with its stunning decorations. The rooms were not only cozy but also tastefully designed. The high-quality cuisine, coupled with the charming Christmas garden, jacuzzi, and pool, provided a perfect blend of relaxation for both body and soul. Our heartfelt thanks for a memorable stay!
