You won’t find a better business to work with than Island Ship Center. I live in southern Ontario and have twice needed a package shipped to a US address. Both times Jasmine and Yusuf have worked with me on the pickup. Their customer service is second to none. I will continue to patronize this business and have no hesitation about recommending it to anyone.

So grateful to Jasmine and the team at Island Ship Centre for helping me with a very important Santa gift this Christmas! After an Amazon 3rd party carrier failed to get me my gift on time, I had to scramble to buy another table top ping pong table - my children’s only request from Santa. Available only in the US so close to Christmas, Jasmine at Island Ship Centre helped me to arrange to have the large, heavy package shipped to them. She effectively communicated with me throughout the process and ensured that I was notified by another team member when the package arrived on her day off. Picking up the package was easy, just a short 15 min trip over the Rainbow Bridge. Fahim kindly loaded the package into my car within just a couple of minutes of arriving. It was a seamless process and I’m very thankful for their support. My kids were thrilled on Christmas morning. The looks on their faces made the trip worthwhile. Everybody there is so nice! Fahim was so helpful minutes he helped me within 2 minutes. My best friend works there too! Not biased though! I love being in there it smells nice and has a calming atmosphere.

My fiancé and I ordered our wedding invitations from the Island Ship Center! They were so accommodating, sat with me for over an hour looking at different samples. They were the only place that had actual books of invitations to look through. Most other places had you look online which is not the same as in seeing and touching an invitation in person. Seema was so helpful and gave great advice throughout the process. We choose an invitation we loved, but the company no longer made that invitation. We were very disappointed, but Seema said she would design an invitation incorporating everything we were looking for. She even shopped around for the cheapest price. They also arrived in plenty of time. Our invitations were exactly what we wanted! We have gotten so many compliments on our invitations from our friends and family. They all comment on how beautiful and elegant they turned out. I couldn’t be happier and will continue to use Island ship center for all my printing needs in the future!

I use PostScanMail for my virtual mailbox and this place is amazing. Have used them for a year now and they are very consistent with how they handle my mail and packages. I know it can be scary sometimes to trust someone to open your mail and scan it. But I've had everything from credit cards to checks being opened and sent there and I've had absolutely no issues. Your mail is in good hands here.

I had a heavy color printer, ink, router, etc to ship back to my company HQ. I couldn’t lift it out of my trunk. The awesome, helpful and friendly staff at I.S.C. came out to my car, did the heavy lifting and boxed everything up for me! We are so lucky to have the convenient Island Ship Center on Grand Island! And I always love to do a little gift shopping while they weigh everything 😉
