Grand Island Family Practice

Became a new patient a little over a year ago and I must say I LOVE the office staff. The girls in the front are always so polite, greeting everyone by "Mr or Miss" and whenever I needed an appointment to be seen they went above and beyond to get me in. The previous doctor seemed to have an issue with keeping up with refills and paperwork having to constantly keep calling for a simple inhaler but Dr. Bath seems to have stepped right in and gave this office the proper whipping in shape it needs. Feels good to know I finally have found a Doctor and staff that cares.
Living on the island a lot of people don't like the diversity they see when they walk into this office but the girls are always amazing and in today's climate it's needed and appreciated

Absolutely 👍.AAA Dr. Fuleki takes time and listens. Was recently in the hospital and he took over and told me what I had to change. I'm really impressed with him he did complete blood test from head to toe. And it's all Negative.. I highly recommend D Fuleki. He took his timeannd listened to me. Ii really think he is a very good Dr.bi wish him the best. Good luck!

The staff at this place is so nice and amazingly helpful. I'm shocked to see all these bad reviews because I've had nothing but good experiences with them. They have always helped any way they could and even go above and beyond for their patients.

The people their are very concerned about my health and thorough with the, what, why, and how, and work with you to help the problems. I feel that the really care about my concerns.

Providers DO NOT return calls or call with test results. Phones are ALWAYS busy. Answering service is on when the office is supposed to be open. Looking for a new doctor. Don't waste your time going there!

Staff is rude, unstable environment now that Willard Ruth and Dr. Sullieman are gone. Unhelpful receptionist. Go elsewhere if you can.

I have been a patient for 30 plus years and on Thursday of last week the person answering the phone told me I should find another Doctor and hung up on me. This is Patient abandonment and illegal in NY State. I am trying to contact the patient advocacy office and am now waiting for a call back.

Would give zero stars if it was an option. DO NOT GO HERE! I should’ve known it was going to be a problem when they made me call different places to get added as a patient and nobody could figure out how to take my insurance information.. It was a fiasco.. then I show up for my appointment today and magically I don’t have one and the next available is October.. I was told “don’t shoot the messenger” when I said I was going to run out of medication as I had been waiting for over a month for an appointment no help was given. I did receive a call another 30 minutes later saying they would fill my blood pressure medication until I could get in but I had already made an appointment with my previous primary care provider. Had this been offered when I was in the office I would’ve taken it and given them another chance

Drove 30 minutes to realize I forgot a mask as I was in a rental car. You think they would have offered a mask but told me they had to cancel my appointment instead. Ive been a patient of Dr. Ruths for 40+ years and will be looking for a new doctor cause they obviously don't care about the people.

Dr. Fulecki is ok. They desperately need new staff. Please have someone answer the phones ALL the times. Not just when your not busy. I worked for a doctor's office years ago. Never not ever could I NOT answer the phones. Yes they are busy most of the time. But they should have multiple people answer the phones just the phones. All my other doctors I go to I never have a problem calling them. Get someone to answer the phones. Also please Dr. Fulecki could you get yourself associated with Kenmore Mercy Hospital?

After the huge turnover in office staff during COVID-19, I willingly gave the new crew a chance. I saw Dr. Fuleki and he was always kind and professional. That being said, it has been a struggle dealing with the office staff and trying to navigate their level of incompetence. I'm not going to recite every detail of where they've failed, you can read all the other reviews to get the picture. Find yourself another practice that cares about your well-being.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I called for a sick visit and was told they have nothing available until December.. it’s November 3rd. What good would a sick visit do 4 weeks after. No alternate solutions, no video, no cancellation list, no anything. Really this practice is never available and when they were last available, the PA gave me a lesson on politics, that no one asked for. When Dr. Ruth left, this practice went south.

DO NOT GO HERE. You will not be able to contact your doctor for anything because the receptionists and answering service DO NOT DO THEIR JOBS. I have been trying to get a prescription for blood pressure meds refilled for almost two weeks so my mother in law doesn't stroke out. Pharmacy was nice enough to fill a 5 pill emergency prescription since she's been getting the same meds for 10 years, but this is totally incompetence on the part of Grand Island Family Practice. If you call them during business hours, you get the answering service 99% of the time. Calls are not returned or taken care of. To make an appointment, I had to walk in to the practice and get the receptionist to put down her cell phone to do it. The Drs/Nurses/PAs are competent, but you will get a different one every time because turnover is high. I have no idea who my current doctor is.

Last year I could not get a doctor on the line during business hours, and my mother in law ended up in the ER and almost died because I could not get a prescription refilled in time. I thought it was a one-off thing, but apparently this has been going on for a couple years now, judging by the comments on the googlemaps listing for this location.

The most recent doctor they gave me, actually a nurse practitioner left because she didn't want to get a covid shot dad left me with no one to take my case. This clinic canceled my appointment and didn't call me back to tell me when they had someone to see me. I am almost 80 years old and I take several pain pills a day because I am in very extreme pain they cut me off because I didn't come into the office but they are the ones that canceled me then the new doctor Dr fulacki gave me a one-week supply until my phone visit was him later they claimed it was not a phone visit it was supposed to be an in-office visit but that is not what was told to me so they cut my pills off and I am now in extreme pain have diarrhea and I'm suffering if he could then he prescribed me one week until my phone appointment so if he could prescribe one week he could have prescribed two more weeks so I didn't have to suffer until I could get a wheelchair van approval and get into the office I am thoroughly disgusted and if I don't get my pills by today I'm going to have to report them to the medical board and I'm also looking into retaining a lawyer this type of horrendous behavior towards a human being is just not acceptable if I were you I would not even go there and if you do be prepared down the road you're going to have a problem
