Lodder Brothers Limited

I experienced a block and some leaks under my kitchen sink which prevented me from using the sink and my dishwasher. I called Lodder Brothers Limited and they were able to come the next morning. They were fast, efficient and solved both problems. The drainage pipes were replaced and sealed and, with some effort, the block was cleared. The plumbers cleaned up everything and gave me some advice on how to help prevent a future block. I’m very happy with the work that was done and would use them again.

A few days before the holidays, I had an issue with my Hot Water Heater. I contacted Lodder Brothers and they were able to squeeze me in and dispatched someone first thing the next day. The technician, Greg Klomp, was tremendously knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. Greg explained what the issue was and what was needed. The heater was replaced, under warranty, and a new unit installed within a hour. Lodder took care of all of the warranty paperwork, making the process seamless for us. Highly recommend them !

Ladder Brothers just fixed a leaking bathtub faucet for me and I would recommend theirs services. Dan laid out all the different scenarios from best to worst for the job and all their costs over the phone so there were no surprises. Sean Galka came to the house the next morning and was able to find the best solution for my faucet. Great work guys!!

Exceptional service from Sean Galka. It's never good news when your basement has to be dug up :( I had two plumbing companies come in to quote the work and it's hard to compare them because one was just so much better than the other from start to finish. They both diagnosed the same problem but Sean was able to do it without spending 2 hrs with cameras and waiting for a supervisor. Plus, no pressure tactics to make a sale. Outstanding experience from booking the appointment right through to paying the invoice.

Sean Galka is like a pair of old slippers that you just can't throw out because they are comfortable and reliable. This guy really "gets it". Lodder Bros. is lucky to have him and so am I. Great work, tremendous knowledge and a pleasure to deal with.

The plumbers arrived a few minutes before there scheduled arrival time at 10 am. They quoted the work explaining issues and completed the work as quoted and were leaving by 11 am. Shawn and Rudy were very professional and courteous and personable in all my dealings with them. Excellent service!!

We had a great experience with Lodder Brothers! We needed a same day appointment as we had no water and a baby at home. Although there were no appointments available, they were so kind and fit us in. Greg was efficient and knowledgeable and got the job done very fast. Will definitely call Lodder again in the future.

I called Lodder Brothers to repair a hot water tank, they scheduled a time, and showed up on site at time given, repaired tank in short order, explained clearly and professionally, what the issue was. Workers Friendly & Professional, I would recommend to anyone who needs their service

I needed a gas line for a new BBQ. Kyle Spears was on time and did a great job. Friendly, professional and very helpful. The line and hookup was installed in no time and Kyle checked that all gas appliances were working in the house when the gas was turned back on. Great service and price. Thanks Kyle!

Very quick turn around time for a fairly minor situation. Joe was very prompt, efficient and professional. Very happy with the service and the relatively low cost. Have used their services in the past and will continue to do so in the future and to recommend them.

Lodder Brothers are the real deal when it comes to service! Contacted them on their website about 2 clogged sinks (and a toilet replacement, which I decided not to do for now); received a response within minutes & scheduled an appt next day around 12-2; two LB plumbers arrived at 12:30 and were finished with both sinks before 1:00; both very professional & pleasant and made sure I tested both sinks before I made payment, which ended up being less than the initial quote - they're honest too! I highly recommend Lodder Brothers for all of your plumbing needs!

We had been having an issue with our water softener and iron filter. Found Lodder Brothers via a Google search, contacted them on Fri they booked me in for an appointment on Monday and Kyle the technician assigned to our job showed up on time, took care of all the issues. He had to go and get parts twice but made sure our service was taken care of in one call instead of just walking away and saying they would have to come back another day as some companies do. Excellent service, professional and would highly recommend them.
