Absolutely loved everything about this farm. A perfect place for a family outing. I highly recommend a visit to the sunflower field to take some wonderful pictures.

It was our second time at The Apple Orchid Inc and it was incredibly fun. It was family trip with our three children and we loved it so much. Apples were delicious. Kids had lots of fun at the playing area, loved seeing animals, going back and forth between corn maze, wagon rides and most loved part was picking apples! There is an entrance price and it worth the price.

Lovely farm with lots of activities and fun especially with kids. We went on labor day and paid 10$ entry fees each for four of us. Started with a sunflower field followed by pumpkin and squash fields. We then did apple picking and in between went for corn maze and trail walk. Later we sat in a tractor trailer to get a round of the apple farm. After that we sat for our kids to have some fun in corn and wheat playing area.
Overall it was fun. We have to pay extra for the apples we have picked. It was 2.5$ per pound.
Make sure you bring your own bags. They charge 1$ for plastic bags and 3$ for reusable ones. Make sure you don't pick way too many apples.

I have visited this place few times . Its full of fun and very entertaining for families especially with kids. Sunflower field was outstanding with fresh blooms ( I went to another farm but all flowers were drying). Nice pumpkin patches. A refreshing little hanging bridge and a little trail with all dwarf characters . Hay to jump on, two old tractors to play with and two ponies are absolutely kids friendly . They have two tractors for all guest as well ( few restrictions during pandemic). Good collection of apples to pick. They also have few pears pickup option and a corn maze. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Moreover a great place to day out.

It was a great experience and an amazing family day out. The owner and staff were extremely friendly. We had a tracker ride to the sunflower field were we were able to take beautiful photos. We took the tracker back to a area that our granddaughter was able to play in the corn play box, grain play table and then over ti see see Ricky and Ginger the ponies. Then a leisurely stroll through the 1km bush trail.(bring mosquito repellant). We bought local garlic, ice cream and corn (which were all delicious) . We look forward to going back in September to pick apples. We highly recommend this place for a pleasant family day outing .

Visited on thanks giving day . Parking is plenty and free. Reservations are not required that what mention on site but there is 2 counter for admission tickets accordingly age . Place was crowded due to holiday. Washroom facilities available as well . Seating are is good with benches tables and some random chairs. Kids play area is good. They allow to bring own food and beverages. Inside we try corn and ice cream with normal charges . Keep bag along with you for apples, pears, pumpkin and squash. Ample verity of apples. You can take round of farm with wogan ride . They mention charges for fruits we harvested from the farm . They do accept visa/debit may be case as well. At exit they have some more products like maple syrup, apple lollipop , honey , candles etc . We spend 3 hrs overall it was good experience

We visited in mid September and there are plentiful apples to choose from: golden delicious, Fuji, Granny Smith and more. It was quite busy and a small queue to get in. There were a few pears but not so many. We tried the fresh goats milk ice cream and apple cider, eventhough the ice cream was priced just under $6 for a small tub. The flavours were okay. The sunflowers were no longer in season and neither were the corn maze but still nice to walk through.

Awesome hidden gem! Family-owned vibes with very friendly staff. Went for the sunflower fields (which were beautiful), but also took a peek at the many fruits and vegetables growing for fall harvests. Trail + corn maze was fun too!

Excellent summer day spend. Around $8 entrance + $2.50 per pound of apples. Plenty of porta potties on site along with hand washing station.

There is entry fee but it comes along with many activities; vast fields for apple picking, squash, pumpkins & sunflowers, wagon ride that takes you around the field, corn maze, small 1km of quiet trail, corn pit & grain pot for kids, tractor skeletons you can climb on, goat & pony feeding & hay jumping.

You can bring your own bags for apples or get the $3 reusable or $1 plastic ones. Filling a bag can cost you around $70 of apples which is too much for a family so pick & choose wisely.

The farmers are all very lively & nice. We plan to visit every year.

*The Destination. Silken apples! Still a low key apple (so it won't get picked out like others were) but if you know of it and why it's so special, this place is a gold mine while most people pass over for the more common types - more for me to choose from. Pears were completely picked out, not surprised because there's a lot of traffic. So if you want pears, either go early in the season or go else where, the pear orchard isn't that big. There's a lot of varieties of apples within a short walk unlike other orchards where it's so spaced out it takes a while to get to the next variety. So you get to see a whole bunch within steps.

sunflowers were still in bloom. tip: don't be like others and just take photos at the front. the actual sunflower field is deeper in and way better. many different selfie spots with the old tractor or plane, or just standing inside the field. other places might charge extra, but your admission includes everything so good value.

There's enough to do for the family to do, an afternoon of fun, as described by others.

It is busy on weekends. Line up to get in but once in, it's not overly crowded, lots and lots of space for social distancing. Except the kids play area is busy. lots of parking.

We just had the best time ever!

There are a tremendous amount of apples to choose from at a great price!

It is the perfect place to take a family, there is a lot to do in a place where you can keep your eyes on everyone. There are Corn fields, hay stacks, sunflower fields, ponies, play booths and perfect picnic tables with shade.

The staff is so sweet. We love it there and will be back next week for sure! Thanks for the memories!

Great family experience, still lots of selection despite visiting later in the season. Apparently this year the apples were about 2 weeks earlier than usual. Depending on when you go certain varieties of apples and pears will be more plentiful. There were still quite the selection of Jona, golden delicious, golden russett, Ida red and imperial to name a few. We will certainly visit back again next year, we brought home several bags full and spent maybe 3 hours there walking through the rows and rows. Note that there are some hilly areas and you'll have to watch your footing in case there's fallen apples or stones but as long as you're mindful you'll be fine. On the weekdays there is a wagon pulled by a tractor that will get you to the farside of the orchard rather than going over the terrain. There were also sunflowers and some squash/pumpkins left but very few by the time we went.

Lovely farm…. Lot of apples and many varieties 🍏🍎

End of the season for the sunflowers 🌻

Things to do : Apple picking, Corn Maze, Wagon ride(on weekdays), trail. Some tree shadows for relaxing…

Lot of car parking space… half a day was not enough

Really great spot to bring the kids. Fairly new orchard but they are set up well and after 2 seasons going all staff memebers are friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They encourage you to try fresh samples of all the varieties they grow as soon as you arrive, have 2 dedicated play areas for kids (including the corn box that they all love) and tractor-drawn wagons continually running groups in and out of the orchard's depths.
Most importantly, the produce is spectacular. The silkens and galas are among the best I've ever had, and the cooking varieties are amazing.
Highly recommended as a fall staple for families.
