Bought a white Yukon Core with white CST tires and with the 1400 Lumen headlight upgrade and with the larger 25aH battery upgrade. Placed my order on April 8, shipped April 11 from Surrey. B.C. Arrived to me in Toronto on April 15th.

First impression is very positive. I’ve rode it an hour a day since getting it, all stock except I added larger custom pedals to accommodate the large running shoes I wear and a bag on the front.

My main goal with the bike is for exercise so I ride it primarily on pedal assist 1-2. Currently I have 20km logged on the odometer and the range estimate is a further remaining 133km. I’m able to cruise at 25-35 km/h with my legs doing most of the work (I average 350W of output per pedal stroke) and motor at a steady average of
100-150W at most, to keep me at speed through bumps and inclines. For context of how good of a workout it is, my heart rate across both rides averaged 163bpm and peaked at 190bpm on a steep hill. The internet opinion that ebikes aren’t able to be ridden like a normal bike for exercising is categorically wrong. If anything the larger tires and heavier weight makes the workout more efficient. And it’s much more of a casual experience due to the large frame and upright posture - just make sure to adjust your saddle properly.

I use the throttle to get me across intersections faster and the white tires have kept clean despite drive through lots of unpaved roadways and gravel driveways. The combo of white tires and ultra bright headlight makes it so that I feel very noticeable to car drivers.

VoltBike service and sales team were incredibly fast to respond and their YouTube channel while the videos are very low production, had a lot of useful information.

I communicated with the sales/service staff back and forth for 2 weeks while trying to make my decision and each time the reps Jason T and Erin A, responded within a couple hours consistently. Sometimes even within minutes. The shipping was so fast I didn’t even really have to track it. And the shipping company was Day&Ross who were super chill with organizing the drop off time. Bike arrived 99% assembled, all in working condition with no imperfections identifiable. Battery arrived nearly full but instructions said to charge it up, and it charged and was ready to go in 30 mins. Given charging speed and current battery draw I estimate I’ll have to charge it once per two weeks for about 3 hours. Keep in mind I’m using pedal assist 1-2 so the bike is only momentarily helping me. However I also weigh 260lbs so I’ll report back in a few months how the lost weight will affect range.

My only criticism of the buying process is the website. There are inconsistencies with specs and shipping information. For example every page that mentions this 25aH battery should mention all its specs. I shouldn’t have to go to an entire different page to get that. Also when you are shopping for the bike it says ships next business day but after you place order it says ships within 5 business days. Also the owner’s manual that arrived hasn’t been updated for their newer displays as my display isn’t mentioned in it at all. It was very very easy to ask the CS reps for proper docs but I shouldn’t have to do that. Even tho they have all the information and will give it to you at a moments notice I still feel like the average consumer doesn’t want to have to even ask for it, it should just be presented immediately on the site or via automated email.

If they could modernize their website a bit, VoltBike would easily be the best buying experience of any Canadian ebike seller cuz their prices are already hella good.

Excellent…Excellent…Excellent… a great Canadian company right here in BC. Ordered my bike on Sunday night they shipped it Monday morning and I was able to pick it up Tuesday morning first thing. Everything I have read about this company made me buy a bike. But It feels like I found a new family. The quality and workmanship is top notch and very reasonably priced. Thank you Volt Bikes

I got an Urban V2 recently and I'm supper happy with my purchase. What an excellent e-bike! I highly recommend this bike to anyone who is looking for a safe, versatile, beautiful, and easy to ride e-bike. The city I live in has many sloppy roads that make biking always a challenge; but with this bike, I've been able to ride in those roads with an absolute ease. The quality of the bike and the costumer service was extremely well too. I was able to get recommendation from their great support team before my purchase as well, which really helped me decide which ebike could work best for me. Highly recommend!

Ordered a VoltBike Mariner for myself and a VoltBike Mariner step through for my wife. Jason placed the order right away and it was shipped out that same day - only took 5 days to get from Vancouver to Regina (this includes a weekend and a winter storm). Very impressed! The bikes were shipped pretty much assembled (had to install pedals and insert handlebars). We wanted folding bikes so that it would be easier for us to take along camping/RVing, so did a lot of research. Decided on VoltBike Mariner as it looked like you got a lot of bike for less money, relative to some of the other comparable models available. The company seems like a well-run organization. They have promptly answered questions/concerns that I have had so far, there are a lot of company made reference/how-to videos available that might be very useful. So far, I have put just under 100km on the bike and am impressed with how sturdy the bike is. The bike handles great and is quite comfortable - the only thing that I will probably upgrade will be the seat if I can find one that fits me better (in the meantime, it's not a showstopper). As far as the range, I haven't really used it enough to give it an honest test (in one stretch, I put on 28 km using a combination of PAS levels and using throttle only and the gauge dropped by one bar, however, I am not sure how accurate that gauge is). I am looking forward to next camping season and hope to put a lot of miles on it. Will post an updated review on the bike then. Thank you Jason and company!

My son and I liked his new folding Mariner VoltBike so much that I purchased a used Elegant VoltBike, which their Service Department refurbished so well we are planning on buying several more VoltBikes to set up VoltBike rentals in our water access town and area of Qathet (Ayajuthen for “People Working Together) on the Sunshine Coast ! These will serve our alternative energy , fast trimaran sailboat charter customers in the Northern Salish Sea and our HipCamp locations in Okeover Inlet and Desolation Sound …

I’ve been eyeing and E bike for a few years now and have done enough research to write a book on them by now I think lol. I decided to go with VoltBike as they seemed to have the best quality product for the fairest price and I think my extensive research paid off because I’m super impressed with what I received and it far surpassed my expectations. The build quality is phenomenal and the components used are great as well. I ended up selecting the Yukon 750 and this thing is like a tank which is right up my alley but if you are a smaller person just make sure you select the right model for your size and use case because some E-bikes can be big and bulky. I purchased the extended battery upgrade for about $60 and it seems like such a great choice because I just did my first ride today for about 30km and only used about 20% which was remarkable. The ride is smooth and comfortable with a decent amount of power so I have no complaints thus far but I guess it’s still early as I just received it the other day. The shipping to Toronto took about 2 weeks which I initially felt was a bit long but I think that’s just because I was too excited to get riding. Most importantly everything arrived fine and in working order so I’m thankful for that as I have seen some unfortunate damaged box scenarios which I guess can happen when you’re shipping large heavy packages long distances. The box they use was very strong and durable and the bikes are packed and insulated quite well so there should be a very good chance all should arrive in working order. Assembly was quick and easy with all the necessary tools included and a quick full charge of your battery to top it up and you’re off to the races. My bikes only a few days old so it’s still a bit early to write a full proper review but I will be back with a 1 month update soon. For now I do want to commend them on what seems to be a great quality product up front but only time will tell the final story. I also like supporting Canadian based companies that are doing good work and offering a reasonable deal for their products so VoltBike got my final vote and I hope the product withstands the test of time because if so I will be recommending them to many 🇨🇦💯🇨🇦

I shopped everywhere and compared technical stats. I phoned a couple of places and evaluated the service I got. I waited for return calls that did not come which lost lost my business.

Voltbike came through and I placed an order sight unseen.
I haven't found a single problem. Everything was as good or better than what they said. The seat was a little uncomfortable but my butt hasn't been on one for years!

After a long review of Fat Tire Bikes available in Canada and being able to visit the warehouse of Volt Bike I felt very comfortable that the Yukon 750 Limited was for me! With being local and close to their shop I was able to order my bike on line and pick it up fairly quickly. George and his team made the experience fun and relaxed so it was very exciting on pickup day. I was able to ride the bike home and haven't stopped riding this week. If you are considering a Volt bike you wont regret it. The freedom this bike gives you from your garage to the outdoors has been exhilarating. Thanks again George!

VoltBike in Port Coquitlam, BC, has a huge warehouse of e-bikes. The showroom contained demo bikes, of many of the models, that could be ridden around the industrial complex. I chose the Trio e-bike to ride as I wanted to see if it would work to transport my granddaughter home from kindergarten (I have a long, steep hill to climb which I couldn't do with her on my regular bicycle). Riding it initially, I kept finding the bike headed toward the edges of the pavement when it was not flat. I learned to lean opposite to the way the bike was turning or heading to keep the bike straight on the pavement (not leaning into the curve as you do on a bicycle). My purchased Trio bike arrived a few days later, fully assembled, and the fellow delivering the bike went through the features of the bike while I videoed what he was doing (Volt bike has great videos on their website covering many topics about the bikes). I created a child's seat in the carrier by using a stadium seat from Amazon, a child's backless car booster seat and a board I covered in foam (to give support behind the stadium seat). My granddaughter LOVES riding home on the back of grandma's trike! The Trio bike attracts attention so be prepared to stop and answer questions - I've sure met a lot of people interested in this e-trike! Such a great ride!!

I am very pleased with my experience at the Volt E Bike store in Port Coquitlam. Joemar, the service technician, was extremely knowledgeable on the products I was enquiring about. Joemar is a credit to the Volt Ebike business.

I just bought the Voltbike Yukon 750 (2018 model). After 2 rides, I must say I am thoroughly impressed with the Bike! It handled great on the trails & on the pavement. You can peddle it on your own or use peddle assist (up to 9 levels) or stop peddling & use the throttle. No matter what kind of shape you are in, you will never become out of breath while riding this bike because of the electric options. The Voltbike Yukon 750 was so much fun to ride, it made me feel like I was a kid again! I am 57 yrs old and not in great shape. I had no problems whatsoever riding the 750. At the end of the ride my legs felt like they had a good workout mostly using the peddle assist level 2. Battery still showed 5 bars (full power) after a 16k ride using peddle assist.
I Highly recommend this bike to anyone who is looking to become more active, looking for a cheaper way to get around, commuting to work....

I did a lot of research before I chose this bike and found the Voltbike Yukon 750 to be the Best Bike to buy overall in it's class. I compared price, quality of parts & appearance. There are cheaper bikes and there are more expensive bikes out there. But for the ave person (young or old) the Yukon 750 is the bike for you!

My son Jacob Lah as a Voltbike Yukon 750 Limited and the overall experience has been excellent! He has relied on this bike as his primary transportation to work each day and in one spring / summer/ fall season put on over 1,000km. He was going to use it again this year but became I'll and has not had opportunity to ride since. I finally got around to replacing the RIM and re-uisng the spokes re-mounted / laced the Bafang motor to the new rim, then took it to a local bike shop to have it balanced, I replaced the tube and tire and decided I could ride this more; as my son is not able to at the moment.. riding this bike more has given me the freedom to make trips I would have normally used my car for.. now I take the bike ! A revelation in life that will eventually benefit my health and well-being ! I hope to be a positive ambassador of the Voltbike brand in the Waterloo/ Kitchener area .. as the weather gets better thinking of riding this to work each day ( as I am only 14km one way x 2 = 28km ) .. plan on riding the bike to a event today to show off the Voltbike at the City of Kitchener called : MovingWR Transportation Symposium can be found on Facebook.. Hosted by , Sustainable Waterloo Region and Travelwise .. Looking forward to purchasing the newer Yukon 750 Limited for myself as I am getting closer to my saving goal to make that happen.. Cheers from a 55 year old guy that has discovered the joy of riding a bike again ! Cheers Respectfully, Richard Lah

Who wouldn't want to feel like they have super human powers, right?? This fantastic machine makes you feel like you do.:) My bike is now one week old, and I'll probably never go back to my old bike again. This ebike gives you all the healthy benefits and exercise as any other non ebike, but adds more fun into the mix. Very happy with the purchase, and happy to support a strong Canadian company that has so far treated me quite well. Well done George for designing a powerful bike that is changing the way we commute and enjoy our outdoors!:)

The people working here are amazing, all of them are cheerful and helpful. Whenever I asked for a favor, they were always smiling and never frowned, taking care of everything. It was crowded when I went, but they never made anyone feel upset and assisted everyone with the same kindness. I am very happy that I shopped here, and I want to thank each and every one of them separately. 🙏🙏🙏

Bought the Yukon 750 for myself and the Urban Step-through for my wife. We absolutely love them and have been riding non-stop. The Yukon is a beast and rides smooth. The Urban is surprisingly fast (way more torque due to the smaller wheels and weight) and easily handles the biggest hills. The Yukon with the big tires needs a bit more push to get up the big hills but its still not a problem. The bikes came fully assembled and the customer service is fantastic. I installed a GPS in the Yukon (through Westcoast GPS) which gives me a bit more piece of mind when I park it (I get start motions and can set geo-fences around my bike so if it leaves a certain area I will know). It’s worth it. Also bought two of the locks from Voltbike and they also work great. The helmets are a nice touch! Highly recommend.

I am very impressed with this Trike . Brakes are awesome , ( Hydraulic ) Stops on a dime . On my night run , yes I have after market lights on it . the lower taillight is the stock tail light that has a center light that activates when you brake . I love that .
It is very different from riding a bicycle , you will need to learn how it responds . Test drive it first with no power on , just peddle power . You will feel like you are riding your childhood bicycle with training wheels on it . So yah ! It has been 65 years since I have done that lol .
It rides like a dream , I run my tire pressure at 18 pounds . smoother than full pressure . slow down for your corners . you will be fine . Have a blast , I am !
The battery life is really good , better than my other e-bikes ( 3 of them )
