Classic Physiotherapy - Elmsdale

After being sent away from a different clinic, being told that I was ‘healed’ and there was nothing more that physio could do for me, I went back to my family doctor. I was still in pain and my injured arm felt far from ‘healed’.
My family doctor (having had first hand experience as a client) personally recommended I try Classic Physiotherapy in Enfield. She said she was very impressed by the treatment methods used and the care was top notch.
I’m pleased to say that my doctor was right. I was taken aback by the care, concern and level of professionalism shown to me by the gang at Classic Physiotherapy. Pam (McNamara) and Zachary (Hynes) are knowledgeably passionate about their work and seem to genuinely care about your wellbeing as their patient. Cindy and Sue Ellen always greet you with a smile and put you at ease upon arrival, and are pleasantly obliging if you need to rearrange appointment times. Most comfortable, yet professional atmosphere that I have experienced at a clinic of this kind with your privacy always protected.
I’m happy to say that I’m finally seeing some improvement and experiencing less pain thanks to the folks at Classic Physiotherapy.

I have been receiving treatment here for for the last six months for an injury I received to my ring finger (Flexor Tendons ) .
I am extremely satisfied with the treatment and especially very happy with the results. Thanks to Steven for the excellent care I was given. The rest of the staff are very professional and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend this clinic.

Do NOT waste your time or money going here for physiotherapy. It is the WORST physio clinic I ever attended.
If I could give this place ZERO stars,
I would. This clinic is never busy with clients and now I know why. You are better off driving to the city if you need quality physio treatment.
The physiotherapist Pam is very unprofessional and uncaring. She is old, tired and cranky and needs to retire. She has zero personality or patience to work with clients. All she cares about is collecting clients' money and then getting them in and out as quickly as possible so she can go home early.
The receptionists are also unfriendly and incompetent. I hope this clinic closes down soon!
