Had my puppy Fern in today for some vaccines and an exam. Dr. Butler and the team there took great care of us and gave lots of information! Would definitely recommend East Hants Animal Hospital!

Our pets mean so much to us, they're our life. Moving to a new area one of the priorities was finding, not just a vetrinary practice, but the right one and gosh did we do that with East Hants. Every single member of the team is wonderful. We're so grateful to have you and know how demanding and busy animal health services are these days so thank you for all you do.

All the staff are so knowledgeable and attentive. It’s clear they love the field they work in! Having a pet that has several chronic health issues, they are very accommodating and work collaboratively with me to provide the best care for my dog. I can’t see myself bringing current or future pets to any other animal hospital as they are truly so caring!

They were all very friendly and helpful. So gentle with our kitty.

Always have excellent care here with my fur babies

I have four fur kids and each one is treated so well when they go in. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. When my Lab need TPLO surgery, all the information was provided on what would happen during surgery as well as what to expect during her recovery. The office called weekly to see how she was recovering at home and if I had any questions. We recently lost our 17 year old cat, and even though she passed at the emergency vet, East Hants vet sent a compassionate condolence card. Would recommend their services to anyone.

My puppers get so excited when we go see their vet. Service is always kind and VERY animal centred, while still clearly communicating with the hoomans. Good job everyone!

Lovely clinic. Very clean and professional staff. They always follow up to check on how your pet is after a visit and I appreciate the email reminders.

This care team is excellent. The follow-up after dental cleaning and tooth removal is our most recent excellent experience. They were extremely informative before, during and after the process. Also great with regular maintenance suggestions and advice for our pup. They say first impressions are important, and that is true; their front desk staff are terrific. Thanks and please continue this level of care!!!!

Was a great experience. My 20 year old cat needed to be seen. Got there and was taken in very quickly. My boy is hopefully on the mend🧡

The kindest, most helpful vets! Not my regular vet, but the closest that offered at home end of life care for my dog, and were beyond wonderful about it.

Literally every part of this place has been incredible. The staff, the cleanliness, the prices, the space itself, not to mention the free exam for worms/fleas/ticks! (Obviously had to pay for meds but they gave many options to fit out budget, like buying the necessity and what will work for thr5 month vs. a years supply, etc). They were all so friendly and treated our babies like their own, with care and affection. Such gentle, loving, helpful people. Highly recommend making "the switch" if youre in/arouns Elmsdale.. we were with our other vet for years. Zero competition, these guys are the best 👌 (only 2 experiences SO FAR but myself and my dad will both be coming back here for future needs) 🤗❤

We love it here and can’t imagine going anywhere else. Dr Gerber has been an absolute dream with our cat and dog.
She look the time to really hear us and examine our cat thoroughly during difficult time.

Fantastic experience bringing my beloved yet stubborn old dog in for a check up and nail trim! She had a stomach issue as well and the Dr really took her time with the checkup and gave my girl a chance to warm up to her a bit. All the staff were very warm, friendly and welcoming and the cost was so reasonable! I am very pleased and will be returning for future needs for my doggos! Thank you!
