CrossFit Renfrew Strength + Conditioning

I just recently participated in the CrossFit open as a guest and I’m telling you, it is the most welcoming and fun gym I’ve ever been to. If you want a lifestyle change, something that will stick with because you will love being a part of this community then give CrossFit Renfrew a try.

I’d give this gym 10 stars if I could!
I was in town visiting family from Ontario for a week and attended CF Renfrew while I was there. Not only was Megan (the owner) super accommodating and delightful to deal with, but the facility was very well maintained and the community welcomed me with open arms. As an experienced CrossFitter, I also thoroughly enjoyed the programming - never over programmed and I left every day feeling like I was able to hit the proper stimulus. However it was also very modifiable for anyone who was newer or deconditioned, or just need to dial it back that day.
I’d recommend this gym to anyone travelling looking to do a drop in, or to anyone in town looking for a new facility. To be honest if the commute wasn’t so far I’d probably consider changing gyms! 😆

I have always wanted to try CrossFit but the visual of people defying gravity and swinging off bars and ropes intimidated me greatly. My goal of 2023 was to do something new and I told myself, “you just need to make it in the door” and try it once. As soon as I walked into Renfrew in October 2023, I was met by Megan (one of the owners) who called me by name, introduced me to the CrossFit community members there that morning and I instantly felt comfortable. I find I have more energy for my children and family, more physical strength and capacity to sift through a work-life balance that I am proud of. Thank you Renfrew!

Absolutely fantastic gym and staff! If you're new to CrossFit (like me) this is your gym. The Staff were crazy welcoming and the gym and equipment are top notch. Had an absolute blast, planning on coming back!

Great space for weightlifting, crossfit and powerlifting. Organized, clean, accommodating, very well equipped and extremely knowledgeable. The accessibility and atmosphere are awesome!

Until I stepped into Renfrew I had always been nervous to attempt CrossFit. The moment I did my first class at Renfrew, I fell in love. The coaches truly care about every person that steps through their doors and it shows. Every workout can be scaled to your level, so whether you have years of experience or non at all, they’ve got you covered. Keep up the good work team, you’re building an amazing gym culture!

Great gym well equipped flexible open gym is great feature. Would totally recommend!
Megan and John were great hosts and even let me park my RV in their parking lot overnight.

Visited CF Renfrew S+C whilst traveling and this gym has it all, Powerlifting, OLY, Strongman & CrossFit. Great environment, friendly and inclusive, you should definitely check it out.
