Very nice people there and didn’t have to wait long at all. They are small so don’t expect tests and scans done. But for smaller things they take care of you very well.

We couldn’t be more grateful for the kindness and amazing staff, Dr’s and nurses at this wonderful Hospital! We have never had an unpleasant experience here.

Nothing but kindness and care from all staff. As busy as they can be at times and sound stand offish, routine and being overwhelmed can come across as rude. I value this community hospital versus the big ones. They go above and beyond

Doctor is rude and coc** 3 times now he hasn't wanted to give my children antibiotics they needed after seen elsewhere and pharmacist called him out for low dose and not following iwk protocol on what are recommended alternatives to the antibiotics given before beyond rude did not want any info after I refused talk of not needing antibiotics for serious issue when my daughter was on them for 3 days and they were making problem go away just nasty!

Must say, the desk clerk should not be working with the public as miserable as she is. She was horribly rude, condescending and over all a horrible person that hates her job and everything about it. The nurse was nice and thw doctor was just OK but what can you expect if the receptionist was like that, you can't expect everyone else to be cheery either, will definitely go to truro next time whether it's an 18 hour wait or not.

the receptionist / desk lady needs to either get fired or resign because clearly she hates her job. I’d rather drive an hour in the other direction to avoid any encounter with that miserable woman ever again.

I have never experienced such a neglectful hospital in my entire life. Extremely unprofessional staff, immature medical professionals, and sick, ignored citizens.
I watched the staff leave their office and not come back for over an hour. I am reporting this.

Horrible! The girl at the triage desk was rude as hell and completely brushed me and my boyfriend off. She asked what the problem was and we told her why we were there and she basically made a joke about it to the other staff members. 10/10 do not recommend. These people wouldn’t care if you were dying they would brush it off as if you stubbed your toe. So yeah probably should go to Truro as Hilarious as that sounds.

I went there this morning and waited for seven hours, I finally just left. The experience was appalling.

Problem i have is that the receptionist for emergency think she is a doctor.......this has happened several times to meshe has told me not an emergency and to make an appointment.....i have severe c.o.p.d.....does she have the right to play dr.???????
