Loughlin's Country Store

Very cute store in the town of Hallsville. However the cost is a bit higher cause it's a corner store. However they have the best ice cream in town! Best place for my kids to go in summer time.

We have become regulars since discovering Loughlins pies and we never miss a chance to buy a few pies. They have never disappointed, very consistently delicious every flavour.

Just wanted to say a BIG THANK YOU to Stephanie and Marg and their team at Loughlin's. They prepared trays of sandwiches, goodies, veggies, pickles and cheese for our Mom's Celebration of Life. The trays were beautiful. All the food was fresh and absolutely delicious. Just a fantastic job! Highly recommend!

Loughlin's Country store in Hallville is not just your average store in the country. It's the full Store deal with a fresh Bakery, Restaurant and more. This little gem is the big deal and worth the detour or drive. They make the best huge Butter Tarts - either plain, with raisens, pecans, or walnuts. I must state these are the best Butter Tarts that I have ever tasted. Also the home made pies are delicious. Wow, you gotta stop here!

Quaint little store with good selection of convenience store items as well as prepared fresh food. Breakfast, pizza, subs, etc. can all be made to order and calling ahead is a great time-saver so it's ready upon pick up. The homemade pies, butter tarts and cinnamon buns are so delicious (the strawberry rhubarb pie is my personal favourite). I also love to stock up on their frozen soup during the colder months. I drive from Kemptville specifically to shop here. Support local!

I stopped in after a hunting buddy recommended this store. Very friendly, clean, and my goodness they make baked goods out of this world. You can also buy subs and lunch. Fresh baked breads and buns, cakes, tarts, pastries, you name it and they are fantastic. Staff are very friendly. Worth a stop in if travelling in the area.

This place let me tell you is a hidden gem. Starting with the most delicious desserts and treats I've ever tasted! Its warm and friendly staff will make you feel right at home.. I wish I could give more then 5 stars because its not often you come across a place like this !
