Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Guelph

This was our second stay at this location, ideal for visiting family at the nearby Riverside Glen. I was especially happy to see a familiar face on our final day, friendly and cheerful Nicole who made such a difference for us on our first stay. When a loved one was in the hospital and the prognosis was unknown, her kind smile and encouraging words were incredibly helpful. Thank you again, Nicole Allen!

The building was clean and well maintained and there was no traffic noise. The bed was comfortable.

Good service. Pet friendly .generous breakfast. We had a great stay with family.

I travel a lot and it's nice to see a hotel that is still offering free breakfast. Not only are they offering breakfast, but it was great. Bacon, sausage, two types of eggs, waffles, and the usual toast, begals, cereal, juices. Great job for not only still offering breakfast, but a great job at that.

Perfect for what we needed. In Guelph for a conference so having breakfast included was helpful. Location was well situated.

Came for a wedding. Staff was very kind in person but could definitely work on communication. We called with a question the night before check in and the person who answered acted like they had never heard about this in their entire life (but claimed to be a manager), but then when we checked in the next day it was a well known service and we got all the information we could need from the person at the front desk.

Small hiccup but the place is clean, friendly and breakfast was a good spread.

My room was clean and easy to control the heating system. I would’ve liked a clock radio instead of just a clock. Breakfast is alright, eggs were cold. Staff is helpful. Hot tub was broken 😞 There’s an adjoining door in my room and sometimes I would hear the lock click. I would always make sure that it is locked in my side. But a female traveling alone, I would rather not have an adjoining room.

Very nice hotel. We enjoyed our stay very much. The breakfast alone is something not to overlook like a lot of others "continental " breakfast or whatever it's called. I actually needed to skip lunch. The pool was quite large and has a hot tub. Huge bonus!! Overall, 5 stars, was very happy with our stay

It was my first time visiting Guelph and my friends and I decided to try the Hampton Inn as a few other places were too pricy for us. I’m extremely happy with my whole experience from check in all the way to check out. They generously allowed us to check in early - the room was large in size and the bathroom shower was top-notch. They even provide a shower cap, makeup wipes, and offer complimentary items in case you forgot to pack something. The beds were very comfortable, we probably had the best sleep we’ve had in a long time. The continental breakfast was above average and enjoyable, with friendly staff who were constantly cleaning and making sure everything was in order. We were so happy with our visit and will plan to stay here next time we visit Guelph!

Nice, clean hotel. I really liked the pool/hot tub area. Room looked like it had been recently updated. Breakfast was pretty good. Staff were all helpful. Only issue was that room service was not consistent; didn't come at all for the first three days and then they seemed to come by every other day. Not a big deal for me but I did have to go to the front desk to ask for more washcloths since I ran out of clean ones due to lack of room service. I would stay here again the next time I'm in Guelph.

Only thing , they don’t have an electric car charging station. But Very clean , great staff ….. was there for a Ringette tournament ,kids enjoyed the pool.

Great rooms, hot tub and pool was actually clean and so refreshing from our flight! Thank you to Arhip for being an amazing host and putting up with us.

Excellent hotel and service. Had issues with a booking to another local hotel and the manager found me a room here. Clean, spacious, all amenities, quiet, comfy and with a good breakfast. Highly recommend.

We came to the hotel for a hockey tournament. Friendly and helpful staff at the front desk, hotel was extremely clean and the complimentary breakfast was fabulous! The kids loved the pool and how much room there was to play in our individual rooms. Would definitely return!

Lots of hockey teams from out of town. Wasn't too bad in the way of noise. Breakfast was good.

Had very good stay at Hampton Inn & Suites in North Guelph. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is complimentary. Check in and out is quick and efficient. Recommend.

Was working as a photographer for a wedding here & the room that was used was very spacious & had great light. The staff were all very helpful & friendly. Next time I'm in the area & need a place to stay will definitely book with them.

Stay with a sports group at this hotel.The front desk staff was amazing and very accomadating for our large group who wanted to have fun. They did everything they could to keep our rooms close together and allowed us to use the lobby as a group. Rooms were very clean and the staff was very helpful if we needed anything. Would stay here again!
