This review is solely on the renting agent Lori Ho. She has been extremely attentive on any questions I have had either on the units I was looking at and getting me through the application process. She is very pleasant to talk to in person also. She is keeping me up to date on the progression of my application.

Olivia’s nature is very friendly and nice, she is responding every email or call and helping regarding lease.

My husband and I had a great experience in viewing a unit at Avalon Parkway with the help of their Community Leasing Agent, Charley‑Jane O'Brien. She is very helpful answering our questions since it's our first time to rent in an apartment. She explained well the structure of a 1 bedroom unit and give us an idea on how a 2 bedroom unit will look like.

This is such a great place to live. I have only been here for just over a month but I already love it. The apartments are so open, spacious and cozy. We got brand new balconies in February and they are beautiful, I can't wait to really enjoy them. The grounds; including the gym, are always kept very tidy and I can't wait until the warmer weather comes to be able to use the pool! During the winter the walkways and entrances were always kept salted and safe to walk on.
The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Joel! The day we moved in he came and brought us a gift. It was a fantastic and an unexpected surprise. Couldn't be happier to live here.

The maintenance requests are taken care of quickly and effectively. Everyone on staff is super friendly and if you have an issue they take care of it in a timely manner. The buildings are well maintained and throughly cleaned each and every day. This is a great place to call home! My husband and I are proud to be tenants here and enjoy everything the buildings have to offer.
There is a small pest issue. But we contacted the office when we noticed the pests and they dealt with it right away and we make sure to keep our unit super clean and we dont see anymore pests. So far this is a great renting experiance. It's been much better than our last 😊

My boyfriend and I are moving in this weekend and are super excited! The building and property is beautiful, and our apartment is super nice and has everything we were looking for!
We have been communicating with Erica for a few months, who has been nothing but helpful and kind. She has made this process so much easier for us, and I can not thank her enough. She has responded to all of our questions at a rapid speed and when discussing a meeting time she is always flexible. She is wonderful, and I highly recommend her.

This past month I unexpectedly found myself in need of a change in residence as the owner of the property I had been renting for many years was wanting to return. I reached out to the CLV Group in Guelph and was introduced to the leasing agent, Charley -Jane.

Been living here for just over 2 months now, wouldn't trade it for the world. the staff is exceptionally friendly, the grounds are always clean. the apartments them selves are very nice and clean. close to everything that you need. i would recommend to anybody. Joel is very friendly friendly and if I have any issues I always go to him and he comes up with a quick solution all the time!

We have lived in these apartments since 1991. We have seen many changes over the years from management, cleaning and maintence, I have to say that when we need something done it is done very quickly and efficiently. All the maintenance people Todd, Gerard and Adam are very professional in doing their jobs. The cleaning crew Lori and Gail also do a wonderful job and are very friendly with all the tenants.

I moved into a 2 bedroom apartment back in October and have loved living here everyday since. The staff, particularly Lorrie Smith who is regularly on site along with maintenance and cleaning staff are very friendly and easy to talk to. I was happy to save some money when I moved in with the referral program CLV offers. Living with my 18 year old son, we look forward to using the in-ground pool and recreation rooms which are on-site here at the buildings. Overall great experience!

Hi! In April we moved into one of the buildings on Silvercreek Parkway North. I must say that I was skeptical about apartment living due to the many negative comments I received regarding many apartments.

Well I am pleased to say that after living here for a couple of months we have experienced little in the way of problems and everyone in the building whether they are staff or tenants are all very nice. Our first impression that rent was a little high, however, when you take into account the friendly atmosphere, the amenities (Pool, Media room, small gym, vending machines in each building, etc.) we thought there is no place we would rather be for the time being.

We also found living close to a small mall, home depot, rona, wal-mart, a shoppers drug-mart and two grocery stores was fantastic and really accessible. The staff on site always seem to keep the grounds well maintained and if you have a problem in your unit, the issue is assessed within a few days of making the maintenance request. You can really see that they are trying hard to keep you happy.

Trust me when I say that living on a budget is very difficult. But wouldn't you rather be in a great apartment where you have access to a pool, great views, a to-die-for media room and great shopping within 5 minutes? I know I would.

5 Stars! Keep it up Avalon/CLV Group!

Been living here for almost a year now and have had many pleasant experiences with the staff. Like most places, there are hiccups when you move in, but more important are the people who deal with them in a quick manner. When I moved in, there were hinges missing from my cupboards, the lock on my balcony door didn't work, one of my windows didn't seal, along with several other smaller problems. But, within just a few days, my problems had been taken care of. Along the way I had a problem with my kitchen sink during the weekend, but even with just having maintenance on call for the weekends, someone was in and had it repaired within about 30 minutes.

As I said before, you will find hiccups no matter where you live. But the office, maintenance and cleaning staff have been quick to jump on any issues I've had and it has been a good experience because of it.

Abdi is awesome, he was so attentive to myself and family. So friendly!! And very nice to deal with. We love our apartment its very clean and just generally a pleasant place to live. Recommend this building x100!!!!!!

My partner and I went to view 3 units at this location. Abhishek Pradeep showed us everything the Apartment building had to offer. He knows all there needs to know about the facility and is extremely quick to responding to e-mails with any questions you may have. Overall a lovely experience.

The maintenance Lori, Gail, Todd and Gerard, and administration Lorrie and Joel, have been absolutely first class for the two years that we have been living at 90 Silvercreek, Prompt to attending to problems in the apartment and most helpful to me when my husband was handicapped with heart surgery. We also are very pleased with the property improvements that have been don.... Balconies, lighting and pathways. Please keep up the good work! Jane Hughes

First of all I should say the kindness of the administrative department of Avalon is so nice.when I was searching for an apartment in the very beginning I had the maximum support even in the language to communicate. The environment is nice.we have a swimming pool .a play area for kids that is so nice. The best thing is the maintenance stuff .they really do their job well.today we a having a deferent party experience with them .it is really really nice
