Ascension of Our Lord Catholic Church

This parish has been serving the English Catholic community of Westmount, Quebec since 1926. The parish has a well‑deserved reputation for stability and peace.

It is a welcoming and caring parish which delivers comfort and spiritual guidance to it's parishioners. The pastor, Father Mac Eachen, has personally sponsored immigrant families from Kenya to begin their residency in our city.

Every year the parish sponsors the Toy drive for Share the Warmth charity and distributes much needed food to the St. Willibrod food bank.

It offers a complete faith education program for children starting from 6 years old.

The generous support from parishioners and of the Québec Religious Heritage Council has made possible the restoration of their original Casavant OPUS 1344 organ.

Their renowned volunteer choir has added four students, as section heads, from McGill's Schulich School of Music, Opera and Voice programme, which has significantly enhanced the sound of the choir.

The mass is at 9 every morning.

Beautiful and well maintained Catholic Church. Sunday services are at 10:30am... Friday 4:30pm.
