Le 2100

The view is really nice when you face Mont Royal and you get the best golden hour light + sunset view (especially in the warmer months). Been living here for a couple months now and so far so good! Rent is a little steep for a studio but the building is very clean and the security guys are really nice :)

I stayed here for more than a year. Had to move out as Im moving out of Montreal.
I loved everything about the apartment.

It is hard to find such an apartment for an affordable rent in the downtown of Montreal.
The apartment is clean, got security all the time, and also has a friendly and efficient management.

Special shoutout to Aysha and Julie, the apartment managers. They were very kind and supportive from the start to the end.

From first meeting Aysha Husseini at the rental office of Rakotta’s Le 2100 to signing the lease and moving in, the whole process was seamless. Aysha is both professional and friendly; a pleasure to deal with.

I've resided in this building for more than eight years. Things occurred and got resolved fast and efficiently. I've lived significant renovations, including the upgrades to the lobby, corridors, the Gym, the window renovations during the pandemic and also the most recent grand renovation. The staff members are extremely friendly. Aysha in the office, the best! She's always welcoming, kind, and understanding.

I moved in to this building on July 2023 and I love it. Aysha the leasing agent helped me above and beyond through my entire application process which was online. Moving provinces can be extremely stressful but the management team at Le 2100 made my move stress free. Everything in the building and unit was as described so there were no surprises. The security desk team is also super nice and willing to help. Prices are reasonable and affordable for the area that you are in. The neighborhood is amazing. You have winners, groceries stores, around the corner which makes it super convenient. The transportation around is also incredible. You can bike, take the bus or use the metro. You feel connected the city immediately.

Aysha was very helpful in addressing my queries about the lease application etc. She is very patient and efficient, she made the process smooth.

The rental process was fast. Security guard 24–7 ans the maintenance request was very efficient. I also really enjoyed their brand new gym.

I was living in Le 2100 for two years. I really had a wonderful experience there. My studio was 1 1/2 and it was cozy and bright. I rarely felt gloomy with such a nice apartment. I loved my apartment. The location of building is another plus. Staffs are great. Julie and Aisha are both so helpful and friendly. The security guys behave so nice and were of help whenever I need. I do recommend this building to specially new commers to get a good impact at the beginning.

I've been living at le 2100 for over 2 years now but sadly have to leave in a few months. I absolutely loved living here! The building is kept clean and well-maintained. Communications are done through an application online. Whenever an issue arises in my unit, I open a ticket and it is quickly resolved the next day. The staff is attentive and they truly care about the building and their tenants. The 24h security was reassuring and also brought a smile to my face every time I stepped into the building. Mustafa and his team are welcoming, friendly and definitely the thing I will miss the most about living at le 2100.

I lived in this building for over 2 years and it was the most lovely living experience I can boast about. The management (Fanny) is beautiful and a gem! The security staff are extremely professional, smart and friendly (Moustafa). The cleaning staff are also extremely lovley and kind!! They clean the hallways each week so it's very well-kept. Also, whenever I have a maintenance request, it would be dealt with in less than a day! You cannot put a price tag on this type of hospitality. If you're looking for a safe, friendly and maintaned home, look no further!

Security amenities are state of the art, the management is so comprehensive and effective always here for our needs always clean and smelling good

The location is fantastic especially for those study and work at downtown. Grocery stores, shopping centers, restaurants, cinema, metro stations are close within walking distance. Admin staffs are friendly and quick response to your questions. There are 24/7 security in the building. Indoor parking and locker might be available upon your request.

I have been living here for about 4 years. Absolutely love this place. The staffs here are super helpful and nice. The place is very clean and cozy. Every request is processed and done very quickly and professionally. It is a home away from home.

I love the building, especially I love the man who works as the security, his name is Gedi, he is the one who is keeping me to stay in here.

Great place and fantastic location near downtown. Don’t have to go too far for groceries Adonis is only 5 mins away and Metro Atwater also not very far. The place is very clean and neat.
