I had an excellent experience working with Éric-Olivier Sirois, one of Action Sport Physio's physiotherapists, after tearing my meniscus doing BJJ.

Over the course of my seven months away from sport, Éric guided me through the process of finding a surgeon, strengthening my knee leading up to the surgery, and, most importantly, the entire rehabilitation process. He planned my training according to my particular needs as an athlete. He aided me in overcoming my anxiety by gradually exposing me to more and more feared positions. Just three months after my surgery, I was able to return to sport, which is record time for a meniscal repair.

Throughout the whole process, Éric showed genuine concern for me as a patient. He always made himself available outside of appointments in case I had questions. Along with my major injury, he also helped me overcome some smaller nagging injuries that I had been dealing with for a long time. All in all, my body feels better than it has in years thanks to Éric.

He helped me heal some overuse injuries from running and even provided some additional advice for my chronic neck pain. He went above and beyond! The hot stone massage and cupping has been transformative to my overall health. I don't only feel less tension in my body, I feel the stagnation and pain spots leave. Cupping has helped remove toxins that have contributed to stiffness. I hope others can experience the same relief.

I'm glad to be living in the same city where Angelica works, but I could also see myself travelling for appointments with her! At the beginning of our first session she asked lots of questions to get to the bottom of my issues, which I appreciated. She offered some practical solutions to the problems I described, then gave me a targeted massage meant to relieve my symptoms, and it worked. I felt so flexible and relaxed afterward. I booked another session with her to continue our work from the previous session even though I already felt much better. She also worked out the muscles in my left shoulder area because I had mentioned that it looked a bit higher than my right shoulder. They were even afterward, I'm amazed. She brings superior knowledge and experience to the massage table and is a lovely person. Thank you Angelica!

Never take a half hour slot thinking you will save money, it is not the case, the cost is almost the same price as a full hour.......
