We moved to Sooke from out of town, so it was great to have Tim's input as a local. He understood what our needs were, having been in our shoes many years ago, so there was a connection right off the bat. Tim was accommodating and always available when we needed help (even on holiday!) or wanted to look at houses and was able to get us some viewings at the last minute to maximize our time in town to house hunt. He guided us through the Covid process and was respectful of the current situation so we felt at ease. Because we were coming from out of town, he kindly offered to make arrangements for us to get into our new home on our closing day even though it was very late at night--a detail that was very much appreciated!

Tim assisted me last year in buying my first home. It was a delicate and somewhat stressful process as there was not much inventory at the time in Langford and Colwood.
His patience and support were evident throughout the process. He was quick to answer emails and phone calls and schedule viewing as soon as a property would come on the market. He also provided several referrals to contractors and other information I needed down the road once the home was purchased. In the end, I am happy with the home even if the learning curve has been huge. I have witnessed the benefits and independence of owning a small home, versus a townhouse, which was the original plan. Also, Tim has a vast knowledge of Sooke for clients who are looking to buy in that area. I would highly recommend him.
