We recently secured a site for our trailer at Waterdown Self Storage. Mark came to meet my husband to show him around the lot to find a spot that would fit our size of trailer for storage. He was more than open and informative and very friendly. He signed us up very quickly and made this process very easy. We are very happy to find an organized and safe place to store our trailer. Waterdown Storage has given me peace of mind that my trailer is safe. Mark is a wonderful, helpful person who will help those that need it on the property. More safe storage places are needed in the Toronto, Hamilton and Cambridge areas.

I was really stuck for a space to store my trailer and Mark came through for me in a big way!! He was quick to answer emails and provided me with all the info I needed. He came and met me at the gate, showed me around, showed me my "spot" and had me all signed up in no time. Very friendly and very understanding about the lack of storage available at reasonable prices. His prices beat everyone else by a long shot and his personal touch is the best!

A short notice need had us scrambling for some storage space last summer so when we reached out to Mark, he was very professional, accomodating, and straightforward about his policies. Like many people, we ended up needing the space longer than first anticipated, and the facility worked out perfectly for our needs. As we did not have any issues, our contact with Mark was limited, but always pleasant. This is not a new facility and the price is reflective of that. That said, the service is definitely top shelf and reflective of the quality of residents within this community. Pay your fees on time, respect the property, and I cannot see anyone having a single issue. Sincere appreciation Mark.

We have parked our trailer at Waterdown Self Storage for 2 years and have just renewed for a 3rd year. Mark Soaves, the owner, is a very nice and helpful man and has assisted us in backing up into our spot several times in the beginning. He is very knowledgeable. There is a security gate and cameras on the property and Mark is there almost every day. You are welcome to go check out your trailer anytime you like. It is close to town, so easy access. I would highly recommend Waterdown Self Storage!

We have had nothing but positive experiences at Waterdown Self Storage. Mark's communication has always been clear and efficient. With this being said, we have not needed to communicate with Mark too often as everything has been exactly what we needed. Some hopes for "next steps" could include hopefully having the spaces be a bit bigger in the future. Other than that, we have had an amazing experience with Mark, and will definitely continue next year again. Thanks Mark :)

We have been at Waterdown Self Storage for 4 years now and are renewing for our 5th. We love the close proximity to Waterdown, the ease of accessing the storage lot, the security features and that the owner, Mark, is always available and more than happy to help us when needed. Waterdown Self Storage has been there to help me for several years! Mark was great at learning the needs I have for my trailer storage which is a bit different than the RV customers. I have a snowmobile trailer that I use all winter and summer for ATV so he understood I needed an easy in and out spot that Mark could plow the snow in such a way that I can always get out and back in again. When I'm out he will even plow my spot clear to make the return parking even easier. This lot is a very busy spot and it would certainly be helpful to have more storage locations in the near vicinity for all the trailer storage needs. Hopefully Mark can find another location to add to his current business to help the people in the areas to help with their storage needs.

Waterdown Storage provides
a much needed service in the community. We are newly retired and bought an rv last year. Burlington city bylaws do not allow us to store the rv on our property. The storage facility is only a convenient 20 minutes away. It was difficult to find such a reasonably priced place. The big name chain businesses were much more expensive. Marc the owner is very helpful, attentive and a pleasure to deal with. There is a shortage of reasonably priced large item storage facilities. I always like to support small local business whenever I can.

Good security, reasonable prices. Could use more space. Best part is the owner Mark - nicest guy who will always help out if you need something.

I have been a customer here for over 4 months and the experience has been fantastic. This is the first google review I have ever done and I wanted to make sure that I completed one since Mark has been awesome. In those 4 months I have been out and in a lot with my trailer and I have not had one issue with getting access and getting my trailer. Mark has gone above and beyond with helping me get set up with storing my trailer here and I would highly recommend him to any family member or friend looking to store a trailer.

Mark the owner was fantastic in setting us up with a storage unit. Even though our needs of storage changed, our time spent utilizing the facility was easy, affordable (much better than the competition) and regularly accessible. Mark has been helpful and provided some good advice over the 2 years that we stored our trailer able sailboat there. Always around to give a hand if needed. Great pricing and a sense of "doing the right thing" A great storage place so close to the lake with reasonable pricing is perfect.

We needed storage to declutter the house before putting it on sale. We needed it right away. I started researching and found many options. I decided to go with Waterdown Self Storage because of no hassle agreement and payments; it was so straight forward.
