Indigo - Burlington Centre

I have been purchasing books from the Guelph location for several years now. It is my “feel good” place to visit. The environment and staff are lovely and helpful. I would like to mention a staff member named Michelle. I am regularly delighted to run into her and become familiar with recent novels and generally will purchase her suggestions. She makes it feel like a real community.

This morning I returned a book where the pages were falling out. A lovely lady, Kim I think
Was so kind and professional. She did not doubt my word at all, she graciously refunded the money onto my gift card. She was awesome…kind, caring and so competent. Thank you
They even found the book in another indigo and put a hold on it for me. A truly remarkable and professional experience. Thanks

My wife and I love this location. Super friendly staff here. Great layout with its little alcoves for the seasonal displays or themes. The selection at this Indigo is pretty darn good. If they do not have it, they can get it. The best part of this store is the children's section. The first time I was in it I was wondering around having 80's flashbacks to my childhood. I am glad to see that lots of the old school children's books are still available!

Always happy with the service here. Today the lady helped me find exactly what I needed and the cashier went above and beyond by letting me have a pen (I was buying an activity book for my daughter to use in the moment and wasn’t sure I had one).

Great store, nice inventory loved the ambience

Very nice location. They've done a really good job with this new Indigo. Modern, clean, spacious with hardwood floors throughout, neutral colour scheme with tons of selection of books AND a pretty good selection of board games too. Bright inside , high ceilings, really good location. This will help bring new life to Burlington mall

Indigo has always been a favorite spot of mine; mostly due to my avid reading having. However, Indigo, hands down, has the most equisite collections of eveything from Baby clothes and toys->Women's pajamas (modern modal and sumptuous silk; really, the best pj's you can buy anywhere mainstream anyway)->that massive table full of interesting gadgets rite at checkout. Amd let's not forget their quality candles; Home Sense they most certainly are not! They smell divine, they last for hours on end, amd you actually get your money's worth! I highly highly highly recommend each and everyone to spend a lil time in Indigo. I'm confident it'll brighten your day; it always does mine!

Beautiful new Indigo. High ceilings, bright and spacious. I could spend hours looking at books and all the lovely products they have. The Starbucks also has an outdoor patio to enjoy a drink. The washrooms are all hands free which are great if you know how to use them!

Amazing staff. I called in and asked if the books can be placed on hold for me as I really needed them ans the staff said even though we close in 20 mins I will save them for you. 2 mins before store closing I arrive there and was treated with a smile and the books were ready for me. It's the Amazing staff that makes the difference indeed.

Best book shop in the world! You can find lots of interesting things here, not only books. Would give 10 stars if I could.

In addition to en endless selection of books, Indigo has long been our destination for gifts. The books are the latest best sellers and are superbly categorized. This has become a destination source for our gift giving. Unique, quality items that are a pleasure to give as well as all the select items we have rewarded ourselves with over the years. Selections are constantly changing, which is the reason regular visits are necessary. That we shall continue to do!

I love going to Indigo and this Indigo is one of my favourites because the layout is well organized. I went to exchange my online order that arrived damaged and the employee was very kind. However, I specifically went to this location because on the app it said the item for exchange was in stock but it turns out it was out of stock. So I would recommend calling the store first to confirm the stock, especially if it’s running low!

Staff are very attentive and always ready to help with a smile! Love the inventory of all sorts; travel, books, gifts and more! Most of them look sustainable, cherry on top.

Normally I prefer independent book shops and Burlington has a number you should check out first. That said, Indigo is a massive corporate book store that has a wide selection and so if you can't get it indy, then Indi probably can. The store is clean, tidy, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and they have a nice selection worth checking out.

This store is large and the aesthetic is beautiful and calm. Love dropping by just to look around at all the new products/books, grabbing a Starbucks and spending money I don't need to. This is probably my favorite Indigo around.
