I have been going to Richelle for solar nails for 12 years. I am constantly complimented on my nails, both the quality and the designs. Richelle is a true artist, and she has a terrific team working with her, the service is very caring.
I saw the recent review from a teenager who had a tantrum when she didn’t like the condition of her natural nails after she had her old set taken off - she left without completing the procedure, without having them filed down and conditioned, and then finished her tantrum with a poor review.
I have recommended Richelle to many friends, all of them have been very happy with the service and they continue to go back. People drive in from Richmond and Surrey just to see her, that’s pretty remarkable. 5 🌟.

Richelle is lovely! She took the time to discuss my options for gel nails and noted the mistakes my previous tech made (at another salon) without putting her down. She even made a custom colour for me because she didn’t have what I asked for. One hour service including taking off all my old nails and replacing them, plus nail art, when I’ve gone to many places that would take over 2 hours. I’m so glad I was referred to Richelle and I’ll definitely be seeing her again!

I have come here for a long time. I never feel pushed to get anything done. I bring my senior dad here and they always treat him like their own dad. I have never had anything but amazing service by the staff. Richelle has the best staff. My favourite, Chloe, Joanne, Tina, Nee, and Vincent!!!! All amazing and so so kind.

Everyone here is exceedingly friendly. Their proficiency in trimming cuticles for manicure session is commendable. Acrylic nails are considered to be quite fancy. Furthermore, my heels are remarkably smooth after the pedicure session. The foot massage was exceptionally amazing. I am greatly impressed and will assuredly return.

One day I stopped in on my lunch break for a pedicure and I have been back every 3-4 weeks since. They give the best foot scrub in Port Moody with their pedicure.

My fiancé and I go to get pedicures together; I’ve had both regular and shellac pedicures so far and have been really happy with the experience. They don’t shy away from the leg massage portion which is arguably my favourite part.

I've been going there for a couple of years. I'm always happy with the results of my nail fill on my hands and the polish change on my toes. All staff I've encountered are nice. Richelle is very accominating to my needs. I highly recommend them. I used to do nails so I know protocol and application procedures and they definitely know what they are doing! My adult daughter is now a new client there as well.

Richelle and her team are so talented. I can basically take a picture in and get exactly what I want! Plus this is a family run business from humble beginnings. That’s what I love best.

I absolutely love Richelle Nails , every service I have had has not disappointed. I went years not getting my nails done until I found Richelle nails. Very clean & professional plus creative nail art and the massage with pedicure is so rejuvenating.
Just had the deluxe with paraffin for the first time and didn't know I needed it, but I did!
Kids pedicure is absolutely great also, my kid asks me if they can go, excellent for nail health and the massage is great for growing pains.

Richelle and her staff are the best! Not only is their attention to detail amazing, but they know their customers by name and remember what they like. Every single visit has been so enjoyable and I always walk out knowing that they gave me exactly what I wanted!

I have nothing but good things to say about Richelle and this salon. After finding Richelle at her Port Coquitlam location about 5 years ago, I have often come to the Port Moody location if she’s booked up in Poco (which is close to my house). It’s 100% worth the drive to get friendly, consistent service! In my opinion, Richelle runs the best nail salons in the Tri-Cities!

Love this place. Kara is my go-to girl, but also see Nina and Tina who are equally as good. Richelle does my lashes from time to time and I’m satisfied.

Very happy with the result for extention nails. I got a simple valentine nail design and my nails technician she’s so friendly, gave me so many options. Definitely I will come to see Joanne again.

I found my new go to nail salon in Port Moody. The ombre gel nails are my favourite and Richelle herself is amazing. I can take any design to her, show her the picture and she does it for me perfectly. The other staff that have taken care of me have been so kind and friendly too. The are top notch for mani's, pedi's and I even tried lashed extensions from them too. I highly recommend them for an affordable, always happy to help you, salon!

I always go to Selena here for my acrylic sets! The price is a bit lower than others in the area and I am blown away by the quality and retention of the nails. I have had my sets done here about 5 times and I have never had a nail break or chip! Highly recommend :)

I'm always nervous about getting my eyebrows done at a new place, I got a shellac pedicure and eyebrow wax here. The service was fantastic, very friendly staff all around and I was even able to book a same day appointment. The attention to detail was on point and the space is very clean they've clearly taken COVID measures into account.
