KAST hair studio & well being

I had a cut and style with Italia and was very pleased. She listened to what I wanted and followed through. I’ve been bouncing around Port Moody for four years looking for a new stylist and I’m happy my search is over.

We brought our 2 year old here for his first haircut. Italia did a great job and was very patient with him.

I went for the first time, I brought ammonia-free products for root touch-ups, Roya and I talked and she did exactly what I wanted, I will be back for other services, grateful

Happy with my experience. The studio was able to accommodate my haircut request on short notice. Julia (hope I got name right) did a great job!

The salon made me feel very safe and followed all the Covid protocols. The owner is friendly and welcoming and the stylist, Leanne, is wonderful! She consistently provides great service and listens to her customer to determine what they want, and honestly lets them know what is or is not possible with their hair. Her friendly and cheerful disposition is relaxing and fun. I won't go anywhere else!

I visited this salon a couple of weeks ago and had an amazing experience! My day did not go as planned and due to an emergency I had to call up pretty last minute and say I would not likely make my appointment. Unfortunately I was also leaving town the next day, AND the appointment was for my upcoming wedding. I had not had my hair done since well before the whole covid thing. Amin was so wonderful on the phone when he found this out, and did everything he could to try and find me a new appointment later that day. Faith was my stylist, and she was incredible❤. She put in a whole 3 hours extra, after an already long day, to do my highlights and cut. She put in so much care and attention because she knew it was for my wedding and was so genuinely excited for me. I felt beautiful on my wedding day and loved my new hair. Thank you Amin and Faith!

Have been getting my hair cut by Mari for a while now and I have to say she is a bit of a magician. I keep forgetting to post a review but if you want people to say "wow you look awesome" after you get your hair cut this is the lady for you. She has a great way of finding just the right cut for your face and translating pictures of styles into reality. I highly recommend the studio overall.

I highly recommend this place to anyone out there looking to get a hair cut. My stylist was very good, and she was really helpful with suggesting trendy and different ways to cut my hair because i wanted to change things up a little. She really made sure she understood want i wanted and did it.

I highly recommend this place for guys, it was quick and painless. Everybody in the salon seemed really nice, and the atmosphere was good too.

I came here months ago after a traumatizing hair cut at a different salon & was referred to come here from a family member. It was the best experience ever & it will be the only salon I will go to with hair Stylist Marie. She was able to fix my hair that had been cut so terribly that I was embarrassed to go to work. She pulled off a short cut for me that I loved & was constantly complimented on. I went short once & i regretted it, this time it couldn't have been executed more perfectly than what she had done. She boosted my confidence sky high! The Salon itself was very welcoming & served water or tea or your choice. They were very thoughtful about their customers. 5 stars to them!

My Experience at the KAST Hair studio was excellent. My Stylist Mari is the best. She made me feel so special and listens to me and felt comfortable. Mari is very friendly and would love to be back to her for another hair style. I would rate 10 for my visit to KAST Hair studio. I would definitely recommend other to visit KAST. 👍👍

Hi I just wanted to send a note saying Thank you for hiring my hairdresser Leanne. She had recently been working at PRISM hair on Austin Avenue and was badly treated in her employment with them. Leanne has been cutting my family's hair for many years. Now you might not think it is a big deal but my family has some challenging needs. My father has dementia and mom has physical problems that prevents us from transporting them to many places. My brother has a mental disability and it can be quite challenging for him to feel comfortable with people. Leanne comes to their home and cuts all their hair for them. She has treated them all with respect and it was obvious to me that she really cares about her customers. My family is so comfortable with her especially my brother. She has been a special gift to my family and has made my life easier by going the extra mile. So again a BIG THANK YOU! for hiring an angel.

I went to the KAST hair studio with very messy, long hair and no idea of what I wanted to be done to it besides that I wanted it shorter and to look nicer. I approached the studio with very short notice. They tried as hard as possible to get me in that day, and managed to get me in the next morning.

My hairdresser and stylist was wonderful. Mari was very patient and ask many questions to find out what I really wanted, and then did a phenomenal job with the actual cut and presentation. I will definitely go back and recommend it to everyone I know.

Excellent service, great atmosphere and friendly staff – What more can I say? The stylists are professional, friendly and excellent at what they do! I've been getting my haircut at Kast salon for about a year now and I can't imagine going anywhere else. The stylists are great and what I really love is their attention to details ❤

Professionalism,cleanliness and so kind ! This is a very lovely salon with amazing& immaculate staff ! Always so clean and spotless as well as the COVID protocols are in place so I feel very safe. Weather you need a women’s haircut and color , a kids haircut or even a Men’s Barber haircut they can do it all!
So Warm and welcoming it’s a fantastic salon! I Highly recommended 😁 five stars ⭐!

Went to another place to get my hair cut and ended up having a terrible experience. Went and saw Mari at KAST and she fixed my hair. Made me feel like my opinion was important. Was awesome that they honored the cost of a Groupon even though they did not have an appointment for a week. Am very grateful.

First-time customer. I just dropped in for a shampoo/blow-dry. The hairdresser did an outstanding job and explained in detail how to replicate it at home! I'll be back!

I truly enjoyed my experience at Kast Hair Studio. Their service is top 10! My stylist - Arif was fantastic; he knew what I needed right away. He was quick and to the point. I felt like a princess when he was done. He gave me a look that made me feel really light, fresh and young!Their prices are very real affordable and I loved being in the studio. I felt I was at home. I was offered a variety of fruits and beverages truly made me feel very welcome. From the Manager - Amin to the other stylist's they were so friendly and happy. Great environment! I loved being in the studio! Can't wait to go back!

Kast is a wonderful hair studio! I went there to get my highlights and a haircut! I loved it. Marie was absolutely amazing! She did exactly what I wanted and I was very happy with the result. The atmosphere at the Kast is also great. I will definitely go there next time.

Felt very safe due to care they have taken given the Pandemic. The place was very clean. They sanitized before and after. Everyone was masked. To top everything they gave me the best haircut I have had. I would recommend them to anyone and am definitely going there all the time. Great work Amin and team!

I have gotten my haircuts from all of the stylists at Kast Hair Studio, and I have been satisfied with them all! Kast always does a great job with my hair, and the stylists know exactly what they're doing. I am always pleased with my hair once I get it done at Kast!
