Since moving out this way in 2016 l have used this branch for my personal banking. I've been with Scotia since 2007. Every branch is great but l really love the people at this branch. They are not only cordial but great at their jobs. They never let me down. And from the start they have been very professional with the Covid precautions at the same time being incredibly sensitive and thoughtful of the customers needs and feelings. Great branch, great service, great staff. 👍 if you can, get the vaccine and let's live again!! We deserve it!!! 🇨🇦🍁

Not from Cobourg, dropped in to make a large withdrawal as I was in town for meeting. Great staff, excellent customer service.

I find the staff at that branch are not very friendly and don’t smile, so I wonder if they enjoy their job. I go to the branch in Port Hope now, very friendly use my name all the time and very helpful

Front line staff are very good but the loan officer I had never returned calls while renewing my mortgage. Also had this trouble in past dealings with this bank. After reaching out to the Manager who also never returned my calls and when I finally told her my issue she did nothing. I gave up and moved to the branch in downtown Cobourg. I found dealing with the Northumberland Mall branch was a horrible experience in the past 3 years and they honestly have no intention to fix the problem. Folks to not waste your time and use the branch downtown. Save yourself the frustration!

absolutely awful. Wouldnt deposit our cheque and said it had a mandatory 5 day clearance processing. My wife worked for the bank and knows for a fact, that not true.

Change your hours waste my time and gas on my day off driving to another town to handle a 4th dispute from opening a new account.
