I had the worst experience ever with Claudia. In my first year with her, I received a sizable tax refund; nevertheless, two years later, I received a letter from the CRA requesting a sizable payment since my 2021 tax return was incomplete. The finest aspect? After I handed Claudia the letter copies, she simply stopped responding to my messages and never picked up when I called.
