Informative staff that give honest reviews and opinions on their products. Very rarely are they out of certain juice (that I use), and my visits are usually prompt (5 mins or less) with friendly and helpful interactions. My go-to spot with any vaping needs.

My go to vape street. Love this location. Super friendly staff, knowledgable staff, very well organized and a very clean location. The new hours make this place a great place to be. The "exotic drinks and snacks" are amazing. Daymien is essentially the vape expert it seems. Genuinely good people at this location. If you need help picking out a vape, go to this place. They will find you a perfect fit.

Port Coquitlam, Lougheed Highway is the best location in my humble opinion! They’re always very attentive and efficient… someone is always there the moment they hear the door ring. Damien specifically always remembers my name, what pods I buy and my number for points. Top notch customer service!

Received the best service and information about vaping from Brodie at VAPE STREET Westwood today. He spent a lot of time giving me advice and information about my machine, coils and how to use it properly! I recommend this store strongly!!

Yesterday I came here and have been here many times as well as many other locations... but YESTERDAY was the best customer experience I've had anywhere in an extremely long time. His name was Jamie and he went WELL BEYOND !!!! I cant thank him enough ! I have very low income (from back injury) and he saved me soooooo much by taking ALOT of time finicking with my device until he figured out the issue!!! He saved me in more ways he could ever imagine!!!!

Super friendly staff that are extremely knowledgable. Good people, good prices. This is the best location i've visited and will continue to come to this location. Theres other locations closer to me but the staff here i find are the most knowledgable and provide the best customer service

Probably one of the best vape shops I’ve been to, everyone who works here knows there stuff and is always super helpful. One employee Brody is always super helpful and nice whenever I come in.

Super helpful staff. Brody or Brady (im the worst with names... Sorry) was amazing. He patiently answered all my questions and was very helpful.

Vast selection of flavors, the customer service rep was friendly and knowledgeable, and he helped me get started with my first(ish) vape.
